Primary Responsibilities:
As the APAN Service Design Lead, your primary responsibility is to lead all efforts to transition the service delivery strategy for execution into service operations.
Job Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, mathematics, or Engineering Field.
• A minimum of twelve (12) years of engineering experience in support of IT network engineering, NetOps C2, and communications to include governance and policy and process development and implementation.
• Five (5) years experience managing/leading network C2 operations at a Network Operations Center (NOC) or in a major DOD or Intelligence Community (IC) network computing or communications program.
• Experience with developing policy and implementation plans for cross-network communications, including Service and Joint Networks is required.
• Experience in the available DoD classified and unclassified communications transport, and the organizations that manage them.
Certification Required
• A current Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering (SPRDE) Level 2 Certified or Possesses an equivalent certification from private industry such as the International Council on System Engineering (INCOSE), Certified System Engineering Professional (CSEP)
Security Clearance Required
• Must have a current US Secret Security Clearance
Pay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
