Exciting opportunity to join the A Place for Mom team as an outside sales healthcare liaison. This role will focus in the Philadelphia area. This position is responsible for lead generation and healthcare channel move-in goals. In this role you will call on a mix of account types including hospitals and rehabs.

Job responsibilities
• Develop and cultivate new professional referrals and nurture existing relationships to continue incremental growth in target market
• Generate an average of two direct referrals daily to ensure move-in quota achievement
• Convert and advance qualified referrals into customer move-ins together with local advisement team to achieve monthly sales quota

The Assistant Regional Manager – Training and Development supports assigned regions within a division, providing job specific guidance and support to new advisors in achieving and exceeding their performance objectives within their first six months on the job. This role provides a potential growth path to the Regional Manager role. The role reports to the RVP.

You are passionate about guiding and supporting new senior living advisors, teaching essential sales and pipeline management skills, and helping new advisors develop working habits that will drive sales results. Job Description

The Home Care Customer Success Manager (Home Care CSM) will be responsible for the success and retention of their individual portfolio of home care customers. The Home Care Customer Success Manager will build deep relationships with a portfolio of home care agencies by onboarding, providing ongoing support, and driving conversion of A Place for Mom’s referrals for each agency. This role is critical to help our customers generate the highest return on their investment with A Place for Mom, expand our relationship with each customer, and increase retention.

To help achieve this, the Home Care CSM tracks and analyzes results for their account portfolio and communicates those results out to their accounts – offering insights into and suggestions for increasing activations and driving revenue. The Home Care CSM will be evaluated by the performance of their individual portfolio of accounts on a quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate is both a sales person and an account manager who is highly competitive, results oriented and dedicated to working with our customer organizations to grow revenue. You are an excellent communicator – both verbal and written – and have tremendous analytical and follow up skills.

The Home Care CSM works closely as a single supportive team with teams across A Place for Mom, including the Home Care Acquisitions, Data & Analytics, Care Advisors, and the rest of the Home Care Support Team, to achieve their goals by nurturing customer relationships and improving customer retention and performance. Qualifications

THE POSITION

The Healthcare Account Representative (HCAR) works as an inside business development salesperson and will serve as the key point of contact for all professional patient referrals within a dedicated assigned book of accounts. Accounts will consist of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other tertiary senior services professionals. This position will be responsible for identifying new account opportunities in addition to growing the number of professionals within each account that currently refer to APFM. The HCAR is responsible for achieving the number of direct patient referrals to meet or exceed monthly referral and divisional move-in goals. The HCAR will share APFM’s mission and company value of making the lives of our customers better, easier, and more successful.

What you will do:
• Develop business partnerships and agreements in your owned accounts that result in driving the right patient referrals on a consistent basis
• Manage customer / referral pipeline on a daily basis and accurately record in our CRM to ensure up-to-date communication with all professional referral sources
• Generate 25 or more appropriate direct referrals each month, producing an outcome of 8-10 or more move-in’s per month from your direct referral pipeline
• Nurture relationships to be the “go to” thought leader and resource for senior living options locally
• Familiarize yourself with the healthcare professionals ecosystem to determine how APFM can best fit into their operations
• Achieve goals via cold-calling, managing telephonic appointments and Zoom/WebEx meetings as necessary.
• Understand and appreciate the needs and wants of your healthcare professionals and the families they serve in order to provide appropriate assistance to seniors and families needing senior housing assistance
• Work collaboratively with your Senior Living Advisors and cross functionally with other teams to ensure a best in class experience for all customers

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Collaborative inside sales professional who is excited by personally contributing to the growth and success of their customers and APFM
• 2+ years telephone sales/ telemarketing, business development or relationship sales is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• New business development experience required (in a healthcare setting preferred)
• Demonstrated success in a metric-driven/quota environment
• Proven ability to develop opportunities from ideation to execution
• Basic Technology Skills a must; Social Media savviness and VOIP telephony system experience a plus
• Willingness to comply with company policies and government regulations
• Night and weekend availability as needed
• Ability to travel outside of local region annually, for regional or national meetings.
• Must have hard-wired internet connection access
