The role comprises multiple aspects from performing site updates and development of a change roadmap, to optimization of customers’ journey.
Responsibilities:
» Developing effective digital marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands aligned with APQC’s goals.
» Manage digital advertising campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing execution, reporting and optimization across various platforms, such as social media, display networks, and apqc.org.
» Digital ideation and delivery of front-end changes that enhance the customer experience (UX/UI) on our website, developing web templates in our CMS, and updating content on our website.
» Maintain brand standards and messaging across digital channels.
» Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
» Work with the content marketing strategist on content creation and distribution.
» Work with subject matter experts and product owners to create video content for use across all digital marketing platforms.
» Work with the SEO specialist to optimize paid advertising campaigns and website updates using SEO and other tools.
» Work with the marketing automation lead to create dedicated nurture and email campaigns.
» Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
» Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
» Minimum 5-7 years of Digital Marketing experience
» Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
» Experience in integrating and optimizing digital content into multiple distribution channels (web, advertising and social)
» Experience in optimizing webpages and user funnels to enhance a customer’s digital experience.
» Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.)
» Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on search engines, social media and other ad serving platforms.
