Customer Services Adviser...

As one of the subject specialist Customer Services Advisers, you will support teachers, schools and students by providing calm, confident, polite professional responses to their questions either by telephone or email. You will work alongside the curriculum team and, following training, will be the point of contact for specific subject queries and you will be able to provide an outstanding professional service to internal and external stakeholders alike.
What is the team culture in customer services? We have pizza weeks, awards, buffets, recognition and team incentives and motivations - work hard/have fun doing it. We have lots of customer touch points in AQA so there are many paths that your career could take with us and over 50% of our roles are recruited to internally.
You'll have a 35 hour working week with a mix of working from home and working from the office space. You'll have 25 days annual leave (which rises a day per year for up to five years) with the Bank Holidays and extra closure days over the Christmas period on top.
AQA is able to offer other benefits too including a good pension, corporate access to a mindfulness and wellbeing programme and generous maternity, paternity and adoption leave to name a few.
