Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities (List as many categories as necessary):

As A Student Recruitment Specialist:

You will attract and recruit prospective students to ACU by promoting the benefits, values, and programs ACU offers to potential applicants, their parents, educators, and the community. You will also:
• Represent ACU in a professional manner, consistent with our mission and vision.
• Meet and exceed a pre-determined quota for enrollment.
• Work within geographical or other determined assigned territories.
• Develop, present, and implement an approved personalized student recruitment strategy plan targeted at meeting the recruitment goals.
• Meet pre-determined activity goals which include but are not limited to cold calls, emails, social media, texts, attendance at college fairs, interviews, etc.
• Represent ACU at school fairs, open houses, churches, community events, and informational sessions.
• Meet with prospective students and their parents to provide information about the institution, its programs, application process, financial aid, spiritual formation, and student life.
• Build relationships with high school counselors, community college staff, and other key influencers to promote the institution and attract potential applicants.
• Assist in coordinating the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
• Utilize technology and social media platforms to reach out to potential students.
• Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, prospective student contacts, and responses using the ACU CRM.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of ACU history, degree programs, financial aid policies, admissions policies, technology, mission, vision, and whatever else necessary to successfully recruit students.
• Collaborate with the EMS team to ensure a smooth transition for prospective students through the application process.
• Attend to other duties that are required to meet the recruitment goal, including travel as needed.
