The ideal candidate must understand inbound marketing, and elevating the marketing vision from there. This is a fulltime, hybrid position in Centennial, CO.

Portfolio Note: Candidates must have proven experience and skills in creating inbound content, optimization and management of website content and SEO ranking, and strong capability of refining and enhancing lead gen systems.

You Will:
• Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies and content writing alongside the Marketing Manager
• Create and manage content, including blog posts, landing pages, social media posts, and email marketing
• Write educational/technical content with a balance of depth and simplicity
• Manage and perform website updates/modifications
• Run basic reporting/analytics on website, campaigns, and Inbound Marketing KPIs
• Collaborate with outbound to create cohesive multi-platform marketing campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines
• Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing system
• Manage a rich content/editorial calendar that engages audiences in each level of the marketing funnel
• Understand and leverage the client's unique value proposition throughout inbound marketing content
• Operate within the brand guidelines and emulate the brand personality through inbound marketing content
• Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas
• Perform all other duties assigned by the manager

You Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar or experience equivalence
• 3+ years of working experience in marketing and inbound content creation
• A portfolio (whether that is a pdf, website, or similar)
• Proficient in marketing automation and CRM software like HubSpot
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Expert writing and editing skills
• Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Familiarity with SEO and keyword research
