THE... ROLE

While most of our team focuses on converting existing interest into new signups, the Gallery Partnerships Associate will focus full-time on generating new gallery prospects who might be a fit for Artsy’s services (very similar to a Sales Development Rep in a typical sales team setting). Primary responsibilities include:
• Generating outbound leads via email campaigns, phone calls, and occasional in-person visits with galleries, including exhibitors at Artsy’s partner art fairs and other regional targets.
• Testing, measuring, and improving marketing campaign effectiveness and end-to-end lead management.
• Qualifying and disseminating warm leads to quota-carrying sales reps.

The ideal candidate is a highly effective and compelling communicator, has experience using Salesforce and working in a sales team environment, and is comfortable managing and analyzing large data sets. Experience in the commercial art world is beneficial but not required, and fluency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian is a major plus.

What You'll Do :

In this role, you will be the first point of communication for all queries across Artsy’s community, including collectors, gallery partners, and art enthusiasts. What You’ll Do:

• 7+ years working experience with 2+ years of direct experience in sales and/or revenue operations related roles
• Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and/or managing managers
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions within the organization to identify operational problems and find solutions
• A track record of understanding complex workflows, identifying problems, designing solutions and driving adoption of those solutions
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Proficient in utilizing sales tools, platforms and tech stacks
• Experience building and leading highly effective teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The salary range for this role is $115,000-$190,000 annually. Artsy is committed to equitable compensation practices, and your offer will depend on the relevant experience and skillset you bring to the team.
