About the role:
As an Atom Support Agent, you will provide white glove customer support to Atom's consumers and operational and technical support to Atom-enabled theatres. You'll provide customer support to consumers interested in new offerings as well as support customers already using Atom Tickets regularly. You'll also support our exhibitor's day-to-day needs related to the use of Atom's ticketing system, products, and services to make a great experience for partners and consumers alike.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Guide customers to create and retrieve their digital tickets for moving showings
Answer customer inquiries via email and chat about Atom’s products with an effort towards customer retention
Identify and report errors with the product
Support Atom’s theater partners using their platform to sell movie tickets and theater concessions
Perform other tasks and duties as deemed necessary by the company leadership
Processing refunds for canceled showtimes
Enabling/Disabling theaters upon theater request
Investigating unauthorized transactions and customer related purchases
Investigating theater related complaints
Educating customers on promotion and subscription procedures
You Must Have:
⁃ Superior verbal and written communication skills
⁃ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
⁃ Service oriented, strong customer service background
⁃ Strong Microsoft Office skills with a preference for ZenDesk (or other CRM) skills
⁃ Ability to work weekends (with a fixed schedule)
⁃ Self-starter with the ability to recognize what needs to be done and figure out how to do it
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Atom Tickets is looking for an operations minded person just like this who loves movies and has a passion for creating and driving efficiency. This role is highly visible both internally and externally and plays a highly impactful role leading curation of movies, showtimes, and content across the Atom Tickets platform. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL... DO:
- Source film metadata and content from Studios and various 3rd party partners to maintain the highest quality catalog health and fulfillment - Ensure all film detail pages are populated with the most up-to-date metadata and content using our internal CMS tool. - Manage the exhibitor mapping pipeline to ensure accurate and timely mappings for all exhibitor showtimes - Coordinate with Marketing and Ad Sales teams, both internal/external, to manage on-platform priorities - Own the relationship with Theatrical Studio teams to align and communicate marketing/social/publicity/operational needs internally for all upcoming releases - Oversee planning, creation, and flighting of all articles, trailers, and messaging within the in-app Newsfeed - Work with the Product Manager on improvement and roadmap planning of CMS tool with engineering and design teams - Review and communicate all operational metrics internally to identify content gaps, improve operational efficiencies, and identify various trends YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in film, marketing, computer science or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of operations, film distribution, or tech environment
