ABOUT THIS ROLE

As Audible Studios continues to revolutionize audio entertainment, we are seeking to hire a Head of Creative Development to manage the creative development team, oversee creative content, help shape the Audible original content’s vision and voice, and develop and implement creative strategies. Reporting to the Head of Audible Studios, the Head of Creative Development will best help us differentiate and elevate our programming with podcasts, fiction and nonfiction; scripted and non-scripted content; new ideas for series and stories; and short- and long-form projects that go beyond the current boundaries of audio content. This also includes aligning creative and business goals, while supervising staff and budgets. In addition, the Head of Creative Development will inspire the generation of creative ideas, content and concepts, oversee development, planning and production, and seek new business opportunities that allow us to monetize, expand, and promote our content.

As Head of Creative Development, you will..
• Manage the Audible Creative Development team.

Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience managing, creating or producing content for a commercial audience.
