Hello! We are seeking an experienced and proactive Ontraport/Quickbooks/Make.com/Merchant Processor Integration freelancer who is as passionate about their work as we are about ours. This candidate will help us bring our payment processing system vision to life by streamlining and integrating as much as possible.
There is also the opportunity to work on future projects as we have a long list to... get to! We seek someone who can help efficiently manage this project with unquestionable integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
While our goal would be to hire one partner for all of our Ontraport and automation needs, we are open to hiring multiple partners depending on individual expertise. For this project, the partner will work directly with our business owner and must be experienced with integrating payment gateways with Ontraport and Quickbooks. Bonus if you have experience doing so with Authorize.net and Make.com. We are also big users of Google Suite Applications.
Our first need is to create a streamlined system for our Enrollment Director to process various payment types at various stages of their cycle with us and then develop the integrations, back ends, and SOPs to do so - whether it be via forms that we fill out that feed to all platforms (preferred) or via going into one of the systems directly (Ontraport, Authorize.net, or Quickbooks) that then feed into the other platforms. These payments will include swiped/tapped card transactions, online invoicing payments, as well as keying in card info into a virtual terminal. We also need to plan for contingencies for non credit card transactions (checks/cash) and for recognizing transaction funding through emails (by email parsing?).
We have broken the project into three possible milestones but are open to recommendations based on your expertise in similar projects:
FIRST MILESTONE
...Integrate Ontraport, Authorize.net, and Quickbooks. ...Set up system and integrations (and turn on) for swiped and virtual terminal transactions.
Within 30 days.
SECOND MILESTONE
...Set up system and integrations (and turn on) for invoices that can be paid online.
