Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with clients regarding cloud and development solutions, and provide expertise during the sales cycle
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a cohesive sales cycle with the clients and field sales teams

Requirements
1-4 years’ experience in the following areas:
• Technical experience in infrastructure design, build and deployment, including private and public cloud, networking, connectivity, storage, virtualization and identity.
• Implementation of Azure networking for enterprise organization.
• Securing, managing and monitoring Azure environments.
• Experience building and deploying resilient Azure cloud architectures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Working with the cloud platform team to assist in migration and transformation of onprem infrastructure to Azure native PaaS services.
• As this is a technical infrastructure focused role, you will be accountable for the many facets of our cloud implementations, including assisting with design and implementation of new infrastructure and governance practices.
• Working closely with the network and security teams to ensure workloads are conforming to governance policies.
• Being in part responsible in assisting to maintain our legacy onprem windows environment and services while we are completing our migration.

Delivery focus:
The SA will be the primary driver for identifying, scoping, and creating practice solutions. The solutions include, but are not limited to, following and promoting a consistent and comprehensive approach of delivering solutions through People, Process and Technology practice standards. The SA will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining internal (TEK) and client stakeholder communications, relationship management, and expectations management as part of solution development and presentation.
Practice focus:
The Solutions Architect will actively contribute and undertake initiatives for cloud enablement practice IP development. The SA will bring thought leadership, current industry know-how, and applied solutions to improve existing service capabilities, engagement, and delivery challenges and any research and development activities that will focus on continuous maturity of the cloud practice toward operational optimization as well as align with contemporary trends.
Responsibilities
• Provide pre-sales support through activities and discussions based on solutions within our service catalog to meet the needs of customer with any delivery-capable customizations as appropriate. This would encompass cloud enablement practice solutions or an integrated multi-practice solution when necessary
o Architect and deliver high quality solutions through effective design, development, deliverables and implementation
o Provide proof of concept, capabilities demos, white-board workshops, strategy sessions (enterprise and department goals, etc.)
• Ensure successful transition of Sales to Delivery initiation based on engagement directives from Statement of Work
• Manage solution roadmap, planning, estimation, and initial delivery efforts through assessment and recommendations for successful delivery
• Provide collaboration and engagement to delivery and sales partners on a client engagement with an operating rhythm toward successful delivery to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Develop trusted advisor relationship with recurring touchpoints with key client stakeholders facilitating open and collaborative consulting support toward business and reputational growth
• Provide thought leadership and critical problem-solving as well as tactical and strategic planning to the project/engagement leadership
• Align with delivery partners and comply with client's requirements (industry and IT process) and TEK's service methodology as part of solution development
• Provide hiring support, onboarding, mentoring/coaching, and performance management for appropriate team resources
• Provide practice status reporting covering various items, including Delivery and Practice activities
