General Description:

The Baltimore Ravens Retail Department is now hiring a game day Seasonal Retail Supervisor at M&T Bank Stadium for the 2023-24 NFL season. Retail Supervisors supervise multiple Baltimore Ravens retail locations located throughout the stadium. This is a seasonal part-time position that requires strong people skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform manager duties on cash registers.
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and be informed about specific product offerings/retail policies.
• Provide feedback to managers and staff.
• Ensure retail stores are organized and present a neat and clean shopping experience for our guests.
• Provide feedback to staff based off information managers provide in regards to visual merchandising.
• Be knowledgeable about M&T Bank Stadium and assist fans with answers to general questions.
• Handle customer issues.
• Moderate lifting may be required.

Required Education and/or Experience:
• At least one year of retail experience required.
• Sports experience preferred.

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
• Impeccable work ethics, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Outgoing, people friendly individual, with ease of communicating with others.
• Can easily give directions to individuals and groups.
• Possesses people skills to ensure that friendly customer service is being offered to every guest that enters M&T Bank Stadium.

• Expected to work all home games and special events - this includes summer events, 1 pre-season, 9 regular season games and post-season games as they develop. This includes nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Must be on time and reliable reporting approximately 3-4 hours before kick-off and working approximately an 8 hour shift.

Compensation:
• Hourly rate for work performed on non-game days and game days.
• Meal vouchers to be provided.

The Baltimore Ravens Retail Department is now hiring one (1) Year-Long Retail Intern and three (3) Retail Seasonal Interns for the 2023 NFL season.

TIME FRAME: 1 Year-Long Intern (June 2023 to May 2024) and 3 Seasonal Interns (June 2023 to February 2024)

DUTIES: The following is a general list of duties pertaining to the Retail Year-Long Internship. Duties may change based on the needs to complete a particular assignment.
• Assist the Sr. Director of Retail and Sr. Retail Manager with the management of all Ravens retail activities for NFL, and all non-NFL events at M&T Bank Stadium and other locations.
• Assist with the ordering/purchasing of NFL related retail and promotional products as directed.
• Assist with inventory management and product warehousing.
• Assist with issuing/distribution/stocking of retail products throughout M&T Bank Stadium.
• Assist with the visual merchandising of retail products throughout M&T Bank Stadium.
• Assist with product check-in/distribution/vending/settlement for all non-NFL events (concerts/sports).
• Assist with maintaining all equipment and infrastructure pertaining to retail department at the stadium.
• Assist with the development and execution of direct marketing initiatives for retail sales.
• Assist with the creation and execution of an annual training programs for event staff consistent with Ravens philosophies and objectives.
• Assist with the management of all part-time and event staff as needed.
• Operate retail operation in manner consistent with team culture, philosophies and objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality related to the retail sales operation and sales.

Summary

The Baltimore Ravens is currently seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Finance/Accounting team. Job Responsibilities
• Obtain annual departmental business plans for upcoming season
• Distribute and manage annual departmental capital expenditure templates.
• Distribute and manage annual departmental operating expenditure templates.
• Upload all completed budget templates into NetSuite and Vena Solutions financial systems
• Publish a package of monthly financial reports in Tableau online
• Produce organizational and departmental dashboards and data visualizations with relevant performance metrics
• Make periodic presentations of budget to actual results to executive management team
• Reforecast revenue and expenses monthly and prepare related re-forecasted income statement
• Review budget-actual reports periodically with department directors

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting , with 2-5 years relevant work experience
• General Ledger accounting experience a plus. Prior experience with NetSuite, Vena Solutions, Power BI and/or Tableau a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with particularly strong skills in Excel spreadsheets and data management functions.
• Clear and concise communicator who can present numerical data effectively

General Description

As a member of Ravens Media, the Sponsorship Manager will champion Ravens Media assets while working collaboratively with Corporate Sales, Client Services and Marketing to manage or assist with all phases of sponsorship related to digital media, social media and productions. The position will report to the Sr. Director of Digital Strategy & Innovation.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, managing digital and broadcast sponsorship inventory and rates, developing new sellable assets, collaborating with the sales team on proposals, attending weekly sales meetings, trafficking and managing display advertising, fulfilling sponsorships and entitlements and strategically broadening revenue opportunities within the Ravens Media department.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate to ensure the quality, principles and integrity of Ravens Media sponsorable assets; balance revenue generation with asset integrity.
• Manage all digital, social and broadcast sponsorship inventory and rates, working with outside agencies and the NFL when needed.
• Work with key stakeholders within Ravens Media and Corporate Sales & Business Development to develop new sponsorship inventory and revenue opportunities, evaluate existing inventory and eliminate obsolete inventory.
• Work closely with Corporate Sales account executives to understand client objectives & build sales proposals accordingly. Assist in client sales pitches as needed.
• Work closely with Client Services team to ensure all sponsor assets are properly activated and fulfilled on time.
• Provide and enforce design specifications to be delivered to clients.
• Work with NFL Ad Ops team to properly traffic ROS ads in Google Ad Manager and manage impression delivery.
• Create and manage fulfillment tracking documents to be shared internally.
• Ensure proper allocation of asset revenue in line with rate card.
• Fulfillment which may include trafficking and placing digital, email and social display ads, trafficking assets for entitlements and features, sending dedicated emails, working with stakeholders to ensure they are meeting sponsorship obligations.
• Gather and present data for sponsor recaps and performance. Measure ROI.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Public Relations, Community Relations and Ticketing on all cross-departmental sponsorship opportunities and activations.
• Identify industry and organizational trends. Present and explain trends to supervisor and Ravens Media team. Educate Corporate Sales team on digital sponsorship trends.
• Attend weekly Ravens Media staff meeting. Attend weekly Corporate Sales meeting.
• Manage @RavensPromos Twitter account
• Ensure gameday sponsorship activations are properly fulfilled. Position will be required to work gamedays.

Required Education and/or Experience
• 3-5 years of experience working in a professional or collegiate sports sponsorship role.
• Bachelor's degree in sports and/or entertainment management, strategic communication, integrated marketing or related field.
• Applicant must have solid understanding of sports sponsorship, particularly digital, social and video.
