BandLab Technologies is seeking a dedicated, strategic, and organized Content Manager for our new editorial property, Lab.fm. With the current operation primarily based on Instagram, the Content Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various departments to curate, develop, and refine content suitable for social media, leveraging insights to broaden our follower base and sustain engagement. This role is essential in telling our brand story, staying top of mind with our creators and keeping tuned in with our community.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days a week in the office with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining day.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the Head of Content Partnerships to expand Lab.fm's follower base and engagement levels on Instagram.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative editorial ideas that spotlight BandLab artists on Lab.fm
• Collaborate with BandLab's A&R and marketing teams to source potential artist features
• Coordinate with freelance creatives, including those specializing in motion graphics and video, to develop engaging content for Lab.fm
• Create and implement an editorial plan and comprehensive content strategy that promotes audience growth in key demographics, increases fan engagement and brings content across other platforms
• Utilize social media metrics to optimize content timing, design, and other aspects leading to greater engagement
• Produce consistent, actionable social media reporting and insights to monitor the performance and assess the effectiveness of strategies
• Exceptional writing skills, specializing in both editorial and social media content
• Deep understanding and passion for music
• Ability to connect with the Gen Z audience and comprehensive knowledge of this demographic
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including understanding insights, algorithms, boosting, and general best practices
• Superior organizational skills and robust time management capabilities

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Artist Development and Education to join our team at BandLab Technologies. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to support artists in their growth, monetization, and education across our suite of products and platforms. Responsibilities

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in artist development, music education, music industry partnerships, or a similar role within the music or entertainment industry

• Deep understanding of the music industry landscape, including market trends, key players, and emerging opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with artists and industry stakeholders

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for executing a variety of HR functions, with a primary focus on onboarding and managing new hires in the United States. The successful candidate will work closely with our global HR team (based in Singapore) to ensure consistency and alignment across all divisions of the organization.
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in the US, including pre-employment screening, orientation, and training.

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for executing a variety of HR functions, with a primary focus on onboarding and managing new hires in the United States. The successful candidate will work closely with our global HR team (based in Singapore) to ensure consistency and alignment across all divisions of the organization.
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in the US, including pre-employment screening, orientation, and training.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with the global HR team to implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all divisions.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Provide support in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Collaborate with the global HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in the company's HRIS - Currently Bamboo HR.
• Manage and approve payroll for US based employees.
