• Scheduling and Coverage: Efficiently schedule branch staff to ensure appropriate coverage for optimal service delivery.
• Customer Experience: Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive customer experience and address escalated customer service concerns.
• Operational Compliance: Keep current with operational standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Perform and review all branch documentation, maintaining accuracy and completeness of the Branch Certification package.
• Security Management: Maintain branch security by coaching and training staff in security procedures. Ensure controls over items such as keys, combinations, security signals, and cash limits.
• Client Resolution: Inform and advise clients of resolution on account disputes and other account activities.
• Daily Operational Duties: Handle all daily operational duties and reports, including file maintenance, overdraft reports, and other operational tasks.
• Transaction Approval: Review reports for the branch and approve or decline exceptions within established limits in the Transaction Approval Authority matrix.
• Leadership/Service: Provide ongoing operational guidance, training, and development for staff. Recognize and reward exceptional customer service, sales, and operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the Branch Manager to set team goals, assist with promotional activities, and actively engage staff in professional development.
• Client Engagement: Actively listen to clients, maintain a friendly and positive attitude, and resolve difficult situations with creativity, tact, and diplomacy.
• Employee Management: Manage up to 2 branch employees, providing guidance, training, and regular performance assessments.
Financial Product Recommendations: Evaluate the needs of potential clients and offer appropriate financial products and services.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of operations experience.
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and familiarity with banking programs.
• Notary Public preferred.
