About the role: As our Regional Facilities Maintenance Lead you will be responsible for the operational delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities within a defined portfolio that includes operational, administrative and other facilities.
• Manage the third-party maintenance agreements for operational and residential facilities within the portfolio.
• Apply a customer focused service delivery framework to ensure real estate management is applied consistently across the business.
• Ensure the health, safety and environment principles are upheld within the portfolio.
• Contribute to accurate data management for development and implementation of real estate strategies within the portfolio.
• Manage the maintenance and reporting structure to ensure compliance with operational and residential property management.
• Resolve escalated conflicts within the portfolio, in alignment to the enterprise strategy.
• Prepare portfolio budgets for the management of real estate operational and residential assets.
• Lead a team across multiple locations to manage the real estate assets.
• Support the delivery of real property initiatives, including property leasing, divestments, workplace and associated real estate outcomes

About you:
• Experience in the management of operational and residential facilities
• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• An understanding of technical corporate facilities related planning and infrastructure
• High level of stakeholder management, consulting, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Experience with managing contractors both in the workplace and in a maintenance environment.
• Extensive knowledge of asset management to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the asset.
• Ability to manage service delivery across a large, distributed infrastructure portfolio.
