What will you be doing?

• Documenting metadata requirements, definitions and authoritative sources ensuring stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities in managing data

What will you be doing?

• Executing requests from clients with respect to terms of agreed facilities, including draw downs, repayments, rollovers, wire transfers, treasury fundings, deposits, and investigations
• Ensuring that fees, interest, and principal amortization are billed and collected and forwarded to participant/syndicate members as appropriate

What will you be doing?

• Participating in service reviews and post incident reviews
• Collating data for Proactive Service Improvement Initiatives (does not include code changes) including trending of incidents
• Reviewing and owning data for Capacity/Performance Management
• Reviewing of Implementation Plans & Release Documentation
• Being on call to support the wider KYC team with any ad-hoc workload as appropriate
• Maintaining open and timely communication with relevant business, supplier and IT personnel, particularly Change the Bank development teams
• Driving complex or major incident resolution, implement or coordinate higher scale chain
• Providing assistance with Pega PRPC Tools

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent
• Good communication skills – verbal as well written
• Live service/application support experience
• Excellent working knowledge of ticking tools and ITIL frameworks

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Deep knowledge of Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development
• Design, analyze, develop, debug and unit test PRPC workflow applications
• Technical analysis and problem solving skills
• Pega System Architect (CSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is a plus

What will you be doing?

• Assisting suppliers with account level questions
• Reviewing and processing fraud and dispute claims per departmental standards
• Validating and processing monthly supplier invoices
• Reviewing quality for supplier complaints to ensure appropriately addressed
• Authorizing and notarizing affidavits in accordance with departmental policies
• Collaborating with colleagues to solve issues and improve processes
• Educating suppliers on Barclays specific terminology, reporting and organization
• Analyzing account level and performance details, and making decisions at an account level

What we’re looking for:

• One to two years’ collections experience in banking or credit card Service Center
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• With no form of active documented counseling

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to react quickly to issues
• Solid planning skills in developing, monitoring and delivering on project plans

What will you be doing?

• Dealing effectively and quickly with all queries, issues or complaints
• Coordinating checkpoints for major Changes/Releases actively
