What will you be doing?
• Leading the Team of 2nd Line Application Support services for several USCB services
• Maintaining system availability and supplementary services within SLA
• Experiencing in diagnosing and resolving root cause of performance problem
• Ongoing liaison with component teams for ensuring service availability
• Being accountable for the on-going maintenance of all relevant service documentation in line with agreed standards on the Service Run Books site
• Serving as Chair for regular Service reviews with Vendors to track service performance and ability to challenge or question missed SLAs, etc
• Serving as Chair for regular service reviews with the relevant Business and Operational Leaders to review performance against SLAs/OLAs and discuss issue remediation
• Having excellence in presentation, documentation and communication skills to prepare material for monthly Business stakeholder meetings
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Engineering/Computer Science)
• ITIL framework for Service Management experience
• Hands-on experience with .Net, Java/J2EE, UNIX (Shell scripting) & SQL
• Experience with people management to lead the team to better outcomes
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experience with monitoring and alerting technology (ex. Splunk, AppDynamics, Service First, ELK)
• Experience of working with Global teams preferred
• Java Certification (SCJP)/Oracle Certifications/Experience with APIs/JMS platforms (Apache/Websphere MQ) preferred

• Executing requests from clients with respect to terms of agreed facilities, including draw downs, repayments, rollovers, wire transfers, treasury fundings, deposits, and investigations
• Ensuring that fees, interest, and principal amortization are billed and collected and forwarded to participant/syndicate members as appropriate
• Reviewing daily action of control and exception reports. Ensure breaks are researched and resolved per agreed department standard
• Communicating with stakeholders inside and outside of the Loans group to resolve “Breaks” and discrepancies highlighted in various reports published daily/weekly/Etc.
• Providing cross training to colleagues on function and systems
• Participating in system testing which may fall outside of business hours
• Backing up co-workers and assist with adhoc projects and assignments

• Bachelor’s Degree in any area
• One plus year experience in banking or financial services firm

What will you be doing?
• Participating in service reviews and post incident reviews
• Collating data for Proactive Service Improvement Initiatives (does not include code changes) including trending of incidents
• Reviewing and owning data for Capacity/Performance Management
• Reviewing of Implementation Plans & Release Documentation
• Being on call to support the wider KYC team with any ad-hoc workload as appropriate
• Maintaining open and timely communication with relevant business, supplier and IT personnel, particularly Change the Bank development teams

What we’re looking for:
