This fast-paced role is focused on growing our SMB customer base through expansion and acquisition of net-new customers. What you’ll be working on
• Manage a team of Territory Managers to deliver consistent success through empowerment and accountability by modeling and coaching the expectations of a high-performance sales culture. The majority of this team will be in a hybrid work environment, between home office and in office work, as a result it is imperative to be able to lead and inspire the team no matter where they are located through all mediums of communication.
• Establish long-term pipeline development strategies with your team to identify and source new business opportunities from existing and net new logo customers. You will accomplish this by x-selling and upselling into existing customers by aligning with our renewals, customer success, and lead development teams. In addition, you will assist your team in expanding into net new logos through our current reseller partnerships by way of trainings and account mapping sessions in conjunction with our channel and channel marketing teams.
• Gather, develop, and share insights from the team to further sales acumen and competitive differentiators across the broader territory management team. Replicate what works for one, and level up the rest of the sales team as a result by empowering sales reps to be subject matter experts in their field.
• Co-sell alongside your sales reps and channel partners in complex and key strategic opportunities. Everyone on your team and in our organization has an expectation to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty for a win!
• Detailed deal inspection to ensure that we are maximizing the value to our customers and ACV yield from each transaction from your team.
• Conduct regular forecast and deal reviews to ensure team members achieve their revenue goals. Review and provide constructive feedback to team members on business metrics and performance data to optimize territory and rep performance. Consolidate information across team members to conduct high-level analyses and provide a regional weekly forecast to VP of Sales.
• Recruit, develop, performance manage and retain top tier talent.

• 3+ years experience managing a team
• 5-7 years experience in sales and account management, at least 2 in cybersecurity industry is preferred

The Lead Development Rep (LDR) is primarily responsible for delivering qualified leads to our Territory Management Team. We are seeking talented, motivated sales performers who thrive in quick sales cycle environment; this fast-paced role is focused on growing our SMB customer base through acquisition net-new customers. You must be comfortable hunting for new business. Opportunities are created from a variety of lead sources, including incoming marketing leads from the Web, Campaigns and Events.

What you’ll be working on
• Call web leads within minutes of submission
• Drive lead response targets of below 10 minutes
• Make a minimum of 10 attempts (calls) to web leads before un-qualifying them
• Carry out lead “scrubbing” using online resources, including SFDC, LinkedIn and Google to improve details on web leads and as preparation for sales conversations
• Qualify Leads following the Barracuda Lead Qualification Criteria
• Pass Qualified Leads to Territory Managers by setting up of appointments using a shared calendar and SalesForce.com
• 100% of this role is making outbound telephone calls to leads
• Connect with a minimum of 30-40 End User prospects per day
• Qualify prospect for opportunity within the Barracuda product portfolio

What you bring to the role
• 1-2 years’ of lead generation experience preferred but not required
• Understanding of Security & Storage solutions for businesses is a plus
• Prior telemarketing experience, sales experience and being held to metrics are a plus
• Salesforce.com experience a plus
• Managing shared Outlook calendars a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience
• Ability to make a high volume of calls every day
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• High energy and positive attitude
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and fluctuating environment

Campbell, CA only. The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.

Barracuda Networks is currently looking for highly motivated and excited computer and networking technicians, to provide quality support of our superb networking and security products. This role will be an entry-level front-line facing position where you will understand, document, and troubleshoot the customers' product support issues over email, phone, and chat mediums. This position will work within a team and will report into a Tech Support Manager.

What you’ll be working on
• Create, revise and publish internal and public-facing product solutions
• Interface with customers at a high volume to solve their issues
• Develop your skills in network and security products through ongoing training
• Document, escalate, and follow through with product bugs and/or issues

What you bring to the role
• Associates degree in IT, relevant training (CCNA cert/CompTIA/Cisco etc.) or equivalent work experience
• A customer centric focus - you always aim to make the customer happy
• Strong troubleshooting/problem resolution skills
• Basic networking or server experience - technical understanding of servers and networking technologies such as TCP/IP, Routing, DHCP
• Ability to learn and adapt to quickly changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
• Experience in any of the scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, Perl, Python
