As a Deal Desk Administrator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing commercial terms for sales orders, SaaS agreements, service agreements, statements of work, and other business to business agreements as necessary for existing and new customers. You will be a key partner for Senior Deal Desk Advisors and our sales team providing Salesforce and contract support for Bazaarvoice. In this role you will champion the utilization of our CPQ automated contracting system to its fullest potential. This is a great opportunity to join a Deal Desk team that acts as true commercial advisors within a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You'll Do
• Review commercial terms for sales orders, SaaS agreements, service agreements, statements of work, restatements, amendments, and other business to business agreements, as necessary.
• Ensure contract terms comply with the relevant business requirements (e.g., discounting or concession approvals, service terms, revenue recognition rules).
• Steward of ensuring Salesforce is reflective of agreements.
• Coaching sales team on effective way to leverage automated contract generation tool (CPQ).
• Publish contracts guidance and reference materials to intranet using web publishing tools.
• Develop and implement productivity improvements so function scales with business.

Who You Are
• 1-2 years’ experience reviewing commercial terms agreements, service agreements, software license agreements, and statements of work.
• High energy professional who is passionate about helping our sales organization close deals.
• Relishes fast moving, ever changing environment of a growing Tech company.

The Product Marketing team at Bazaarvoice has the global responsibility of pricing, launching, and growing new offers in market. We are looking for a Director of Pricing and Packaging to oversee and implement pricing strategies across our entire product portfolio. This role will own the global pricing strategy for Bazaarvoice. Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
• 3+ years relative experience in software
• Ability to identify target accounts, appropriate contacts within that account, and formulate strategies to both renew and generate more interest in Bazaarvoice
• Ability to generate, qualify, and execute on renewals and opportunities in order to exceed revenue targets
• Proven ability to articulate a vision that resonates with the customer and demonstrates value

You will lead the workstream of our Cloud Engineering team and our Content Processing team. Cloud Engineering is tasked with designing, producing, and implementing tools and automation to deliver software to our clients within our AWS-focused cloud infrastructure. Content Processing provides engineering support for content management – collection, storage, auditing, moderation and updating of content.

As the Senior Manager of Information Security, you will play a vital role in the organisation and should have experience in many facets of information security.

You should have an acute, big-picture-oriented mindset and an ability to make higher-level decisions while having the requisite skills to lead a strong team of security experts who are trusted to handle hands-on activities within security.

• Implement the strategy for new technologies and information security products that will support information security requirements for the company and its customers, business partners, and vendors and establish the strategy to mitigate information security risks within the organisation.

Education and Experience Necessary for the Role:

• 5+ years’ experience in Information Security engineering/architecture.
• 2+ years of IT security leadership.
• 10+ years progressive work experience in information technology security roles and relevant certifications will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience in the use of security principles; risk assessment policies and standards; information security best practices, products and technologies; and network technologies.
• Experience with endpoint security software and encryption products.
• Hands-on experience with securing cloud hosted, complex SaaS applications.
• Experience designing, implementing and operating log management and SIEM reporting tools and reporting/analysis development.
• Security implementation project experience to include Cloud Services, IAM, Encryption, PKI, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Protection, DMZ, SIEM.
• Experience implementing and managing security frameworks such as NIST / ISO 27001.
• Must be able to lead a global team of security professionals.
• Must be have strong incident response skills and be able to lead the tactical / technical aspects of a security incident .

We're searching for a talented, experienced Global Content Experience Manager with a passion for SAAS products and a product-design mindset.
