JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Groups Sales MICE Coordinator serves as a point of contact for MICE (Meetings, Incentives Conferences & Exhibitions) customers, ensuring operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction. This incumbent will work directly with the Regional Director of MICE Sales and provide support in providing quotes and drafting contracts, responding to inquiries and other responsibilities as needed.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide MICE group room quotations for groups within established response time.
Assist MICE clients with questions about resort, amenities, group menus, functions space, etc.
Follow-up on MICE group quotes with 48 hours of proposal being sent to customers.
Issue MICE group contracts within 24 hours of receiving contract request.
Contact clients the next business day to ensure contract was received and is correct.
21-day follow-up on any pending quotes or contracts.
Update group database as needed.
Effectively supports outside sales team with all MICE inquiries and leads.
Arrange MICE site inspections for potential or confirmed clients.
Provide assistance or guidance as needed as needed to other team members.
Provides information and internal assistance to other departments.
Ensures highest rate of return business through exceptional customer service.
Stay current with property knowledge and changes and visit all resorts at least once a year.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth via paid media channels as well as optimizing campaigns. This candidate has a progressive understanding of the interrelationship between Programmatic and other digital channels. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Possess deep knowledge of digital performance media channels (SEM, Social, Video & Programmatic Display) platforms, tactics and data strategy.
• Manage daily operations of Programmatic Advertising
• Create, launch, test, and manage programmatic campaigns across various networks
• Drive campaign development, bid strategies, optimization, and channel management.
• Research and identify new customer segments for targeted search campaigns.

• Fold towels in morning and set up towel/water station
• Welcome guests to the pool or beach

• Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, beds, and/or cabanas around pool or beach
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the pool or beach area
• Will report to the Beach Manager
• Other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
• Previous experience in customer service
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Enjoy dealing with the public
• Great verbal communication skills
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
Physical Aspects of the Pool/Beach Attendant role:
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to work in outdoor weather conditions
