58 bed unit that is staffed with RN's and CNA's. Patient ratios are between 1:4-6 patients. CCT's monitor patients in a remote room continually. Ancillary staff includes, but is not limited to a Rapid Response Team, phlebotomists, EKG technicians, and Respiratory Therapists. Types of diagnosis include CHF, Alcohol Withdrawal, NSTEMI's, sepsis, dysrhythmias, Client, COPD and other respiratory diagnosis patients, post procedures for pacemakers, ablations, and cath lab. Medications include non-titratable cardiac medication drips (Cardizem, Lasix, Nitro, etc).
Schedule
The schedule consists of a 4 week period in which preferences are written out and the leadership may change the requests to balance the staff in order to meet the needs of the unit. Nurses are required to work 1 extra shift and 4 weekend shifts in that four week period. Additionally, they must work 2/3 major holidays in the contract period. There will be opportunities to float to ICU's, medical floors as well Renown South Meadows.
Agency Must be Joint Commission Certified.
UPDATE: As of 6/12/20, Renown Reserves the right to call off, without penalty, FOUR (4) shifts, or 48 hours, for low census per 13 week contract. This may be full or partial shifts.
UPDATE: RTO is considered on a case by case basis for all contracts

Description
The Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant must compute, classify, and calculate the fundamental aspects of a client business' financial recordkeeping, including recording financial transactions, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax filings, reports and returns, and reconciling bank statements and posting transactions. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Work closely with and develop relationships with our small business clients.
Data Entry and reconciliation of client daily activity in QuickBooks.
Prepare bank reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, etc.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax filings, reports and returns.
Prepare annual Form 1099 for multiple clients.
Prepare quarterly/annual payroll filings (941s / W-2s)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field or an accounting certificate
experience working in accounts payable and/or receivable, general ledger, payroll and/or payroll reports
Experience in preparing individual and business income tax returns is a plus.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
