Senior National Account Manager - eCommerce primary responsibility for the execution and success of the Ecommerce business plan for Belkin eCommerce channels, Amazon and/or Marketplaces (1P&3P). This role is responsible for the definition, activation, and adoption of creative, innovative and efficient solutions to achieve the Ecommerce business objectives. Influences a diverse group of business functions within the regional and global organization. Interface with other departments, including product management, marketing, and finance, as needed to support ecommerce sales channels and resolve any issues that may arise. Candidates must have a proven track record of building strong online sales with demonstrated understanding of online metrics, search optimization and marketing vehicles used to succeed online.

This role requires a qualified, career-oriented individual. In a leadership capacity they will work on problems of diverse scope requiring ecommerce, sales, marketing, and technical expertise. They must demonstrate good judgment in applying Belkin standards and best practices within the brand guidelines and digital objectives. Within this role they will be expected to demonstrate initiative to resolve issues and suggest creative, innovative, and efficient solutions to achieve the interactive, digital and Ecommerce objectives.

Specific Responsibilities Include
• Accountable for the continuous daily pursuit of major prospective customers as well as expand sales to existing accounts through new products and services.
• Assist team to formulate sales plans for current and prospective accounts and monitor prospecting activities.
• Aid sales personnel regarding quotes, returns, and other sales-related questions.
• Analyze industry market trends, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts.
• Review major account activities with assigned team to increase/maintain maximum volume and product penetration.
• Provide accurate forecasts, reducing returns, developing, and maintaining an appropriate marketing plan, and managing overall profitability at each assigned account.
• Conduct sales and training meetings as required, coach sales department regarding salesmanship techniques and pricing.
• Manage the P&L associated with Belkin eCommerce channels.
• Apply SEO best practices for the brands’ websites to ensure they rank high with Google SERPs.
• Create and execute strategies around SEM with Google Ads campaign to optimize ROAS, increase revenue and maintain the advertising budget allotted to the Ecommerce Team
• Assist in the development and execution of Brand Engagement/Community programs to increase Belkin’s direct consumer engagement and brand loyalty with DTC consumers.
• Develop and execute review solicitation programs, with 3rd party and internal reviewer programs to drive increased reviews at product launch.
• Partner with Marketing team to drive search engine optimization, search engine marketing, online advertising, digital media, email marketing, website(s) and interactive campaigns to drive consumer and merchant acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Create and execute content as needed, often without any external agency support or staff, for website and partner websites; create and manage search/keywords, social media marketing, banner ads, merchant product mock-ups, email campaigns, videos, collateral, branding, and campaign development.
• Work with the CRM to develop revenue generating email campaigns for Belkin.com customer base
• Execute the Ecommerce pricing and promotions strategy ensuring that regional market requirements, channel strategies and retail seasonality is integrated into the global strategy.
• Work closely with the Inventory Planning Team to provide an ongoing forecast for inventory demand
• Manage and maintain the online product assortment in-line with the Global and Regional product strategies. Work to ensure assortment is In-Stock, correctly priced, accurately categorized and is presented with high quality content
• Provide co-ordination of the online activation of new products & programs including Affiliate & Marketplace programs
• Develop short and long-term strategic and operational plans to ensure best customer experiences from web to ship
• Conduct research and make recommendations on product merchandising, promotional strategies and functional capabilities in support of the evolving interactive, Ecommerce and digital marketing requirements

Preferred Experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with key eCommerce channels
• Preferred experience with Connectivity, Surge and Audio categories.
• Experience working with and managing Affiliate programs, while cultivating and building direct relationships with top Affiliates.
• Experience with Reviewer programs, brand Engagement and Community building programs experience for are highly recommended.
• Experience building and executing eCommerce fulfillment models and enhanced shipping capabilities.
• Ability to work well with others and be successful in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to perform international and domestic travel.
• Extensive knowledge in the use of data analytical tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Lighthouse, Business Intelligence and Screaming Frog to gather and report data
