As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for processing incoming stock and materials, picking orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing the warehouse. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and be part of the operations team. Key colleagues include Shipper/Receivers, Cutter/Slitters, and Picker/Packers. In this role, you will be based in Bell, Californa, USA.
A day in the life of a Warehouse Associate can look like
• Observe and follow safety rules as prescribed by the safety policies, including wearing required PPE.
• Prepare orders by pulling materials and checking for accuracy, packing boxes and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Unload shipping containers and trucks, check material in and report discrepancies, put stock in proper locations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by organizing the warehouse for orderliness and sweeping of the floor daily.
• Perform cycle count inventory.
• Assist in other warehouse functions after provided cross training.
