Qualifications:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, content creators, the Digital Technology Office (DTO), and Center for Institutional Communications-Marketing, to ensure smooth integration of Course Merchant into our existing BigSky LMS infrastructure.
• Customize and configure Course Merchant to align with the school's branding, user experience, and functionality requirements.

Content Management and Accessibility:
• Manage and organize course content, ensuring it is well-structured, easily accessible, and compliant with accessibility standards.
• Work closely with instructional designers and associates to upload and maintain course materials, assessments, and multimedia elements.
• Ensure all content is optimized for various devices and browsers to provide an engaging learning experience.

E-Commerce Management:
• Oversee the e-commerce aspects of Course Merchant, including setting up a course catalog, pricing, discounts, and promotions.
• Monitor transactional processes, troubleshoot payment-related issues, and collaborate with the DTO to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for learners.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide technical support to learners, instructors, and staff regarding Course Merchant usage, navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the DTO to address technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the learning experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analytics to track user engagement, course enrollment, completion rates, and other key metrics.
• Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Training and Documentation:
• Develop training materials, guides, and resources for instructors and learners on how to use the BOOC platform and navigate the BigSky LMS effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower faculty and staff with the necessary skills to utilize the platform effectively.

Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in e-commerce, online learning, and LMS technology.
