Provide support to the Realtor related to the listing, selling, and closing of real estate transactions, which may include
• Provide excellent customer service to both the Realtor, clients, and other parties.
• Maintain the day-to-day administrative functions which may include status reports, scheduling, and data input.
• Maintain the Realtor’s email and assist with their calendar.
• Entering forms and other pertinent documentation into the electronic file platform.
• Coordinate details as needed from contract to closing, schedule appointments, and assist with client communication/mailings.
• Set up and update client and customer sphere of influence databases, and create a farming database for Realtors.
• Assist with monitoring and responding to requests from other third parties.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
Education
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• NC Realtor license required.
Knowledge And Skills
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
