Job Summary:
The Sales Account Executive (known as a Legal Media Specialist) is a full-time remote position who has experience in both print and digital sales. Exceptional customer service and outstanding communication skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese are a must. In this age of remote work, we are looking for someone with a strong desire to succeed, self-motivated, focused on the tasks at hand, who is dynamic and presents well. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
This role actively promotes and sells all our various products across different platforms. They promote our brand, add value to our clients, and build deeper relationships with a top-class level of professionalism. This position is responsible for prospecting, pitching, and selling to various law firms, attorneys, managing partners, marketing directors, and ad agencies worldwide.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of online and offline resources focused on maximizing “vertical" opportunities
• Contact clients by phone/email/video conference and successfully close deals
• Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products and services
• Handle client concerns and escalate issues in a professional manner
• Surpass performance expectations including products sales, add-on sales, call handling metrics, and quality standards
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, motivated, and strong ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must thrive in a remote work and virtual team environment with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of sales, marketing & advertising experience.
