You will be a part of a world class Analytics & Data department working in the Martech team. This is a very exciting time to join the business as there is a spotlight on the way we implement tags to support our business goals for growth and acquisition.

We require someone with a background in implementation to drive, advise and deliver the rollout of various platforms and initiatives to consume customer data so data and analytics can be used to make better marketing decisions.

Purpose of the role :

Reporting into the Head of Martech, the Digital Implementation & Analytics Manager will utilise their technical and functional knowledge to take ownership of our tag and consent management platform (including set up, editing, and maintaining of tags), a Group-wide cookie project and offer guidance to third party vendors on tagging solutions.

This is a hands-on role and will require the right candidate to have direct experience in deploying tag management related work.

Your core responsibilities :

Your primary role and objective will be to take ownership of the incumbent tag and consent management solution and, alongside the help of the vendor, present a high-level audit of the existing implementation

You will lead an internal initiative on cookies and consent and be required to complete a cookie audit with support from our Data Protection & Compliance team this is a great way to position you within the business and add value quickly

Perform these responsibilities across 14 markets

Be an important voice for an internal initiative on migrating to server-side tagging and take ownership in time. You will be required to lead and / or partake in projects relating to cookie-less implementations

In your everyday role, you will be responsible for maintaining best practice tagging and ensuring data collection is accurate and validated, working with internal product and web teams as well as third party vendors to ensure a credible exchange of data

Be comfortable working independently, speaking to key stakeholders to understand business objectives and strategy to ensure inaccuracies / issues with data and web performance are identified quickly and solved.

Additional requirements :

This role transacts data between internal and external martech systems, especially adtech, you will be required to have a good understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem

Has worked directly with an Ad Server(s), deploying solutions feeding data in and out to benefit the performance of marketing campaigns

Strong working knowledge of demand-side platforms (MediaMath, The Trade Desk plus knowledge of other T1 platforms are desired)

Web development experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL

Strong stakeholder management

• Developing and maintaining marketing reporting to provide insight into effectiveness of digital marketing activities including performance tracking.
• Monitoring and analysing all relevant digital marketing KPIs and metrics, react quickly to under performance and adjust the course accordingly if need to be.
• Working closely with the Brand team and our media agency to input and help strategize and plan the digital portion of our brand campaigns.
• Aiding in the utilization of our web analytic tools and the reporting of the data to map, understand and optimize the sales funnel across all digital channels.
• If applicable, proactively seeking out attractive partnerships and marketing opportunities that will benefit the business.
• Managing negotiation with all partners to achieve volume quality and ROI goals.
• Managing always-on testing calendar across digital channels, focus on maximizing acquisition/conversion.
• Continuously reviewing changes to the market, consumer trends and the competitive landscape and provide guidance on re-evaluating the digital marketing plan if necessary.
• Working with the relevant stakeholders within creative to ensure that the right creative assets are briefed and delivered on time.
• Helping support the content team to execute our organic social media presence as needed.
