Job Summary

Acts as the liaison for the sales team, order management and customers regarding BeyondTrust University. Support and answer internal and customer questions regarding BeyondTrust University offerings and registration processes. Maintain and ensure learning management system registration processes are operational.

The VP of Application Security is a high visibility position responsible for leading and maturing all product security practices across the BeyondTrust portfolio. Job Summary

The Director, Product Management – Cloud Migrations is responsible for driving product initiatives that accelerate the technology transition of the installed BT on-premise customer base to cloud. Scope is inclusive of both EOS/EOL and proactive customer migration initiatives. • Perform liaison role across PM org for respective EOS/EOL conversion activities
• Understand our customers' requirements and compliance needs for cloud and influence our cloud product roadmap to meet their requirements.
• Proactively identify actionable customer blockers
• Leverage your subject matter expertise on compliance regimes and frameworks, including but not limited to FedRAMP, FIPS, DoD APL, Common Criteria, STIGs, GDPR, and others to enable high-security requirement customers to migrate to cloud.

Essential Education, Experience and Attributes

• Review the scope of work with customers to ensure implementation expectations will be met.
• Implement the agreed upon design and architecture that best fits the customer's business goals.
• Provide all knowledge transfer and support to the customer during the project engagement, including installation, configuration, and use case scenario implementations. This will include both remote conferencing and/or onsite travel.
• Provide troubleshooting during the engagement and assist with post sales technical questions and concerns.
• Escalate necessary bugs to the support team for resolution.
• Escalate necessary feature requests to Product Management for resolution.
• Assist the sales team with technical questions/issues.
• Provide Partner training during shadowed engagements.
• Implement products in accordance with BeyondTrust methodology. Review and provide feedback on existing documentation.
• Play an active role within the BeyondTrust technical community, and support colleagues where required.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our products by collecting feedback from our clients

Relationships As an Implementation Engineer, you will regularly interact with the following external and internal project stakeholders:
• Customers – at multiple levels within the organization, from their IT staff to technical management
• BeyondTrust Professional Services staff – project managers, other engineers, architects, etc.
• BeyondTrust Support staff
• BeyondTrust Sales staff
• BeyondTrust Dev/QA staff

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Security, or Information Technology fields, or related job experience.
• Experience as an implementation or delivery consultant within the Information Technology Sector.
• Experience delivering technical consultancy to a range of technically experienced senior managers and project investors
• In depth knowledge of at least one of Windows Server, Unix, Linux, and/or MAC operating systems
• In depth knowledge of enterprise-wide networking protocols & ports for both Windows and Linux environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of Firewall, IDS, IPS, Antivirus, vulnerability assessment
• Knowledge of client and server relationships including Microsoft Windows workstation to/from Windows server and/or UNIX/Linux servers
• Knowledge of Virtualization/Cloud suites - at least one of VMware, Azure, and/or AWS
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, routers, switches, proxy servers
• Strong dedication to customer care
• Strong team interaction skills
• Excellent communication skills – able to clearly communicate with customers, both verbally and written.
• Ability to understand and analyze customer technical needs
• Must have good initiative and assertiveness

Desirable Education, Experience and Attributes Additional qualifications that are preferred but not required include:
• Security or Technical Certification - such as CISSP, MCSA
• Experience with BeyondTrust products a plus
• Experience with Password Vaulting, Privilege Management, and Vulnerability Assessment
• Experience with McAfee ePO
• Working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance standards including PCI, SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, ISO
• Knowledge of troubleshooting tools like Sysinternals
• Web Application security experience
• Knowledge of World Wide Web environments and tools XML, ASP. Etc.
• Scripting experience
• Fluency in multiple languages

Job Summary

Acts as the liaison for the sales team, order management and customers regarding BeyondTrust University. Support and answer internal and customer questions regarding BeyondTrust University offerings and registration processes. Maintain and ensure learning management system registration processes are operational.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary

Serve as enterprise-wide Head of Enterprise Data enabling data governance and culture leadership as well as data analytics leadership. Lead data governance organization (governance policies, company data domain maps, and multi-domain remediation actions), lead data culture strategy (enterprise-level strategy to evangelize all employees on data, acculturation training curriculums,), and coordinate with key business and IT leaders to ensure dissemination enterprise data transformation. Data Management, Governance and Operations
• Responsible for data governance and quality across enterprise for metadata, data quality, business glossary, master/reference/market data, data storage, data integration, and data modeling. Ensures policies are up to date on regulations and compliance requirements.
• Put in place the processes and practices to drive the quality of data at company scale
• Establish data stewardship oversight, driving adoption of shared standards and breaking the data silos
• Measure, monitor, report and enforce adherence on data management and quality
• Deliver technology solutions in support of enterprise data strategy, prioritize data needs from portfolios
• Responsible for Governance of data quality and definition of policies (data definition, access, and privacy)
• Own Enterprise Data Platform, architecture, analytics

Operations
• Source, develop, and nurture data-focused talent for the organization
• Drive advanced analytics capabilities to build data-driven products, services, and processes
• Define forward-looking data trends and build up the capability to support future endeavors

Requirements
• 10+ years in relevant data management roles
• Proven experience in an Enterprise Data leadership role

• BSc/BA in data science, engineering, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred.
• The ideal candidate will be located near our Johns Creek, GA, or Jackson, MS offices
