About The Role Blinkist for Business is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join this rocketship journey. Although Blinkist has been around for many years, B2B is still in early stages. It's like working for a start-up within a start-up with tremendous room for growth. You'll need to be a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. What You Will Do You are the person who ensures our customers are getting the greatest value and impact from their investment in Blinkist. A bit more about what the CSM does: Create internal and customer-facing communications, project manage new customer launch and on-going engagement, working in partnership with an AE to support renewal Onboard and train new customers with a clearly defined Customer Success plan and roadmap to ensure adoption, retention and loyalty Understand customers' Learning & Development and Organizational Effectiveness strategy and maintain trusted advisor relationships that help them drive change across their organization and deliver ROI Partner with AEs to develop account expansion and renewal strategies Partner with Marketing to develop customer success stories and content assets such as case studies, webinars, or white papers Create a customer feedback loop with product management to surface customer requests and help translate customer feedback into product requirements Manage customers from Central to Western US time zones What You Need To Have 2+ years experience in B2B Customer Success role in a SaaS environment Independent and autonomous work ethic Excellent client-facing communication skills Strong account management and project management skills Super fast learner and tech savvy Entrepreneurial growth mindset Experience working with HR/ L&D customers is a plus Experience with Salesforce is a plus Why Blinkist Our unique culture of empowerment, mutual respect, and transparency has always been our defining characteristic.
