RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Model, animate, and texture characters, creatures, props, vehicles and items in Blockbench
• Hit deadlines and be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication skills and an enthusiasm to collaborate
• Passionate about sprites, pixel art, voxel art, and low poly 3d modeling
• Understands how to turn an idea/concept into a object or character using the vanilla Minecraft visual style
BONUS ATTRIBUTES:
• Has experience developing for Minecraft Bedrock in a team environment
• Understands how to animate using Molang queries
• Has animation experience with other 3D modeling programs like Blender, Maya, etc.
• Familiar with the 12 principles of animation
• Passion for UI and UX in the Minecraft style
• Understands how to create and animate models for Java Edition
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must include portfolio of previous work
• 18 years or older
• Communicate fluently in English written and vocally
• Be able to communicate through Discord, in text and in calls
TERM DETAILS:
• 3 months probationary period, then ongoing
• This is a full-time position
• Availability for 08:30-17:00 CST preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
