• Help maintain cleanliness of the facility; uphold high standards for safety and appearance
• Manage facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, utility management, and engineering, including but not limited to: elevators, escalators, lighting controls and systems, chiller plant, HVAC systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, refrigeration, and fire systems
• Serve as facility operations management representative for events at the facility
• Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for guests, participants, and staff
• Manage facility systems (including and not limited to HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and hydraulic systems) within building to ensure proper functionality
• Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience overseeing maintenance and engineering at a venue of a similar size preferred

• Able to understand, troubleshoot, and repair systems, equipment, and tools
• Experience with equipment inventory or CMMS system preferred
