$96,000.00 - $160,000.00

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develops and facilitates sales of Bloomberg Tax Technology products and services to meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue quotas.
• Executes on account plans that position the Bloomberg Tax Technology as a strategic resource maximizing mindshare at all levels of customers’ organization.
• Establishes relationships with decision makers to drive engagement, identify business needs, and effectively articulate compelling value propositions around Bloomberg Tax Technology products and services.
• Develops and maintains a working knowledge of product positioning, product messaging, product capabilities, and competitive position.
• Develops and maintains industry acumen of common business workflow and business issues for Bloomberg Tax Technology target markets.
• Collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales execution; marketing, product management, operations, customer support, and professional services.
• Prepares and delivers customized onsite or virtual sales presentations creating compelling business reasons for customers to purchase future upgrades or services.
• Accurately documents, tracks and monitors all sales activities including pipeline information e.g., target close dates, sales potential and sales projections within CRM System.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and effectively communicate.
• Experience selling to key stakeholders throughout an organization with a track record of success selling into Mid-Market or Enterprise companies.
• Experience managing and closing sales leveraging structured solution selling techniques, methodologies, and concepts in a highly competitive environment.
• Ability to consult, negotiate, advice, or persuade.
• Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, consultative selling, solution presentations, concept of operations workflow / process, proposal development, and closing.
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures, objectives, and business standards.
• Strong written, verbal, probing and listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team structure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good phone presence.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time; may require overnight travel.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with courses in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years’ sales experience preferably in inside sales with back-office business software or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, a related industry, or business environment comparable to Bloomberg Tax Technology.
• Proven ability to drive and close deal sizes of $5K and above.
