All the website design and UI will be provided from our web designer via Adobe XD (I can provide temporary account access for... you as well if needed), but if you prefer to use

The goal is that I get your help to set up the site ready to be launched and then I learn the basics of maintaining it from you when we reach the agreed milestone after negotiation. I know basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and have worked with a couple of developers on Wordpress websites in the same manner before.
I think this specific project will take about a week, or 10~20 hours, depending on your availability. The current budget set for the project is not to exceed $700 a month. It is fine if we divide the work into two months. The job can start from 2/20/2023.
The website will have two top menus in addition to the main home page (a simple JavaScript or plugin will be needed for a rotating text): Paths and Discovery.
The Paths menu will have 5 sub categories (or 5 sub menus) each with a different color/ design theme. Each path has 5 pages with videos (linked from YouTube), text, and some visual boxes/ buttons. The top of the page will feature a full width image that will have a sub menu bar at the bottom, which may require javascript or a plugin.
The Discovery menu is more of a normal blog/ news page with a feature content slide on top (4 articles) and it will have some sub categories for articles. Once a custom theme template for the page is built for it, I can keep adding more articles using WordPress.
