Instructors deliver a best-in-class experience by leveraging their love of the test and bringing their enthusiasm and content knowledge... to our Live Online Courses.
Tutors work 1:1 with students to customize their test prep experience, supported by Blueprint’s methods and materials.
We'll be assessing candidates for both Instructor and Tutor roles and will determine which role you are better suited for. Blueprint accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.
What You'll Do
• Help future doctors achieve life-changing scores on the MCAT
• Great competitive starting rates with opportunity for advancement
• Instructors: Primary - $75/hr, Secondary - $40/hr
• Tutors: $45/hr
• Prep Rate: $20/hr
• Take advantage of a flexible schedule, ideally 10-20 hours per week
• Get to nerd out over the MCAT.

What You’ll Do
• Work with engineering component teams to deliver scalable and extensible software solutions to support business needs.
• Coordinate with business line product managers and other component teams to define your team's roadmap and coordinate delivery of product features.
• Translates business needs, user needs and technological capabilities into user stories and product specifications that will lead to successful implementations.
• Document detailed acceptance criteria that developers and QA can rely upon to complete their tasks.
• Maintain up to date documentation of your component teams features and capabilities.
• Drive Agile principles and methodologies, including owning the team backlogs, defining and prioritizing epics, features, user stories and other artifacts to support development goals.
Who You Are
• 3+ years experience as a technical product manager, product owner, or solutions architect.
• 3+ years experience as a software engineer, data engineer or SDET.
• Technical fluency - Ability to understand, discuss, and challenge architectural concepts, trade offs, and new opportunities with technical team members. Understand technical issues well enough to make the right decisions about prioritizing not only new product features but also reducing technical debt or improving resiliency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of ideas, narratives and complex technical information to a broad audience including, but not limited to: executives, stakeholders and engineers
