In this role as a bilingual (English & French) Temporary Senior Clerk Verification, you will be based in Hollywood Florida.

Basic Purposes
• Support Operations Team by processing routine operations activities under limited supervision
• Support Customers & Branches Operations requests
• Maintain records, which may require follow-up action, research, data input and or coordinating flow of confidential documents

Your role
• Process all money desk wires (in, out) and logs daily wire activity
• Maintenance of loan accounts for certificates of insurance renewals
• Maintenance of loan accounts for Satisfaction of Mortgage, Payoffs etc…
• Enfact processing activities
• Participate in annual Compliance training courses
• Perform other routine administrative tasks upon request

Competencies required

• Favoriser une approche conseil en détectant des opportunités, et en référant le client au bon spécialiste. Proposerdes solutions transactionnelles en investissement lors d'analyse de dossier ou de discussions avec le client.
• Effectuer un suivi administratif rigoureux des dossiers clients afin d'assurer une exécution efficace des activités ayant un impact important sur la fidélisation des clients et la rentabilité de la Banque
• Discuter, de façon autonome avec les clients et autres secteurs, pour résoudre les problèmes rencontrés au niveau de la satisfaction de la clientèle, selon les limites définies

Compétences requises:

Your role...
• Greet clients and answer questions.
• Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs.
• Listen to clients’ needs and resolve situations that may be complex.
• Give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
• Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
• Refer your clients to your specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

The branch is open Thursday evenings during the week and on Saturdays. A number of work schedules are possible and will vary depending on team availability. The successful candidate will be required to work from our Pickering location from time to time. This position reports to the Manager Customer Service. Every day, you will work with a team of a experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing and more.
