As the Business Office Manager (BOM), you will be responsible for overall business office operations, ensuring that systems of internal control are in place and operating satisfactorily to safeguard facility assets. You will ensure that cash flow is maximized, and company accounts receivable targets are met. You will also act as a financial liaison between corporate departments and other staff (accounting, reimbursement, etc.) to help ensure the effectiveness of the company’s audit and compliance efforts.

Must haves:
• 2-4 years’ experience in healthcare billing, preferably in long term care environment
• Supervisory experience
• Experience to lead Business Office with strong Medicare/HMO billing experience
• Ability to understand and implement healthcare reimbursement, billing and accounting principles.
• Ability to understand, control and track direct spending and labor budgets
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice to have:
• Bachelor's or Associate degree from accredited college with specialization in business or accounting
• Public Notary

The BoM Release Engineer will work directly with design responsible engineers to coordinate and drive release and change management processes in the scope of the defined vehicle systems. • Experience & ability to efficiently complete daily CAD and Drawing Data management practices within an Enterprise PLM Environment.
• Understanding of enterprise scale Engineering Development, Bill of Materials, and Change Management / Release Processes.
• Ability and desire to work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality to resolve implementation issues holistically. Experienced with Microsoft Office and common workplace software applications.
• Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Past Experience in Design Engineering within relevant Subsystem Domain(s) is preferred.

• Obtain information from Product Marketing to establish vehicle feature configuration Option Packages

• Ensures consistency and integrity of configuration definition across PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ERP, MES, and CRM

Qualifications
• 5-10 years of CAD/BOM, Change and Configuration Management experience working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Studio, Engineering and Operations or equivalent experience
• Experience with PLM/CAD tools 3DEXPERENCE 2018x or higher preferably
• Experience with ERP tools, SAP experience is preferred but not required
• Expertise in documentation control and change management best practices.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration within the team, across cross-functional teams and with management
• Approachable and comfortable with developing and maintaining mid/upper-management and individual-level relationships.
• Effective ability to translate corporate/managerial goals into action.
• Strong, systematic problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills

Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering discipline, computer science, or equivalent STEM subject
