We are seeking a skilled developer to enhance the Repairs and Servicing features on our VS1 Cloud package website, VS1 Cloud, optimizing for both desktop and mobile devices. The project involves integrating data from a TrueERP backend database via the TrueERP REST API (documentation).
You will be provided with access to a remote testing environment where TrueERP is deployed for integration... testing. Additionally, you'll receive login credentials for the VS1 Cloud sandbox environment to test your implementations.
The development stack for this project includes JavaScript, Bootstrap, and MeteorJS. We expect you to work locally on your development setup and then deploy changes to the testing environment for thorough testing. Weekly updates are required every Thursday to ensure continuous integration and immediate issue resolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing new features and enhancements based on provided requirements.
Consuming data from TrueERP via REST API endpoints.
Ensuring code quality and compatibility with existing modules.
Resolving any issues identified during testing, even if outside the immediate scope.
All components in VS1 are template-based, necessitating adherence to existing templates or re-writing components as required.
Payment will be based on the following factors:
Code Quality: Well-structured and efficient code that integrates seamlessly.
Impact on Surrounding Modules: Ensuring new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Lines of Approved Code: Targeting 2,000 to 2,500 lines of approved code per week will be paid.
