• Develop content for external marketing channels (blog posts, e-books, presentations, 1-pagers, thought leadership) as well as for GTM team enablement (outbound plays, battle cards, pitch decks, webpages, call scripts, email templates)
• Work closely with the Product Management and Product Marketing leadership team, sales reps, and internal subject-matter experts to effectively represent the developer and platform perspective

WHO YOU ARE
• SaaS B2B platform or developer marketing experience; strong understanding of an enterprise sales cycle, persona needs, and what sellers need to be successful

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage all post-sales activity for Box’s top enterprise customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
• Develop joint success plans with customers to ensure there is a plan is in place to drive adoption and high value use cases within the organization through change management
• Increase customer adoption by conducting regular check-in calls for tactical items, and performing strategic business reviews for alignment of objectives and outcomes
• Track accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to eliminate that risk
• Partner with Sales and Professional Services to develop a plan for making Box a part of each customer’s core architecture
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Support on identification and tracking of product improvement requests, troubleshooting and bugs
• Function as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how Box can better serve our enterprise customers

WHO YOU ARE
• Bachelors degree required
• 4+ years prior account management experience, preferrably in SaaS environment
• Experience working for or with Public Sector organizations (Federal Government agencies, government contractors, SLED etc)
• Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
• Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, and other Software-as-a-Service is a plus
• Proactive team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to user adoption and churn mitigation

This role has quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the Sales organization. The SC will have responsibility for maintaining, scaling, and improving Box Consulting’s sales infrastructure, methods, processes, templates, and tools. The SC is also responsible for ensuring successful internal project hand-offs once the SOW is sold and maintenance of an ongoing relationship with the Customer to identify future opportunities to help customers accelerate their content management maturation and journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the Box Consulting practice, the Solutions Consultant (SC) is responsible for positioning and selling high-value, outcome-oriented consulting engagements to Box’s largest enterprise customers. You will execute as a leader for the region and work with the regional sales teams to effectively drive both net new deals and existing deals. The ideal candidate has a track recording of delivering high value, complex technology consulting and leading the end to end sales process - solution design, scoping, negotiating - with enterprise customers.

The SC will interface directly with C-Suite and leadership at strategic enterprise accounts to pitch, solution, negotiate, and close consulting deals, working with Box's sales team to craft the value proposition of a proposed solution and BC SMEs to accurately scope and estimate the level of effort. The ability to help shape a deal, think critically and creatively, as well as leverage other resources effectively is paramount to success.

The SC also leads the creation, presentation and delivery of the final Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure Box enterprise customers are set up for successful engagements. The SC may partner with the Account team during the discovery and demonstration process to ensure that the customer’s requirements are fully understood and included in the implementation SOW.

WHO YOU ARE
In order to be a successful Solution Consultant for Box Consulting, you have the "sell, delivery, sell" attitude. Ideally you come from a professional services or consulting background especially with SaaS and Enterprise technology experience. You work collaboratively with Sales team members, Solution Architects, and Customer Success Managers to validate in and out of scope requirements and assist with solutioning. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• You will work on distributed, high-performance observability data pipeline to collect, transform and route logs, metrics and traces to various storage solution.
• You will use Apache Beam SDKs to create data processing pipelines, including read transform, processing transforms, and outputs.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data pipeline solutions that transform and process terabytes of structured and unstructured data in real-time, scaling across a growing number of data sources
• You will build an even driven system that utilizes data messaging technologies for streaming analytics and data integration pipelines to ingest and distribute data.
• You will work on various cloud orchestration (terraform) and configuration management (puppet, Ansible) technologies to ensure efficient deployment of observability solution in Kubernetes Clusters in GCP, Bare-Metal and other deployment targets.
• Improve the reliability, latency, availability, and scalability of observability solutions in all areas of logging, metrics, alerting and distributed tracing.

WHO YOU ARE
• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience building and maintaining Petabyte Scale Data Platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Compute Engineering, or related technical field.
• Good understanding of distributed data processing and management frameworks (like Apache Spark, Apache Beam, Apache Flink etc) deployed in managed services like GCP dataflow.
• Experience building and running observability infrastructure on a large scale in the areas of logging using technologies like splunk, big query / search, metrics with wavefront / prometheus and distributed tracing with open telemetry.
• Experience with containerization technologies(e.g, Docker, Kubernetes) , cloud orchestration technologies( e.g, terraform), data messaging technologies (e.

g., GCP PubSub, Kafka) and configuration management / software delivery platforms (e.g, Puppet, Chef, Ansible)

Advanced experience in writing software in Object-Oriented Languages, preferably Java, Scala, Go or rust.
