This is an opportunity to provide guidance and direction for a dynamic team on the Sustainment and Modernization of Radar Sensors (SMORS) program. The SMORS program executes depot-level sustainment services and modification projects for the Ballistic Missile Early Warning Radar System (BMEWS) and PAVE Phased Array Warning System (PAVE PAWS). They are designated AN/FPS-132 Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) operating at five northern hemisphere locations performing missile warning/missile defense and space situational awareness. The program satisfies scope and objectives for the United States Space Forces (USSF), Sustainment Strategic Warning & Surveillance Systems Program. This position will be based in Colorado Springs, CO.
