To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following minimum experience, skills and abilities:
• 5 to 10 years of similar commercial construction project experience required (similar in scope to what has been described above).
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Science, Construction Management, or similar preferred.
• Extensive experience working on the computer with proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project, required. Knowledge of estimating software a plus.
