POSITION SUMMARY:

The Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings.

The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the Behavior Analyst, Lead Behavioral Technicians, and ABA Interns with clinical assessments as needed. The Behavioral Technician will be responsible for implementing the duties of the Lead Behavioral Technician and ABA Interns in the temporary absence of these team members.

Essential components of this position are listed below but subject to change at the discretion of Brill Behavior Analysts, LLC (Brill Behavior). RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
• Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Follow and record data for prescribed toilet training protocols.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Utilize safe & appropriate handing procedures when working with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

· Maintaining the maintenance planning database by inputting equipment history, parts, tools and supply inventories, and crew information.

· Developing predictive/preventive maintenance schedules by identifying and evaluating least-cost alternative schedules based on availability and location of parts, tools, supplies, and crew skills, and machine downtime.

· Developing corrective maintenance schedules by entering work request; identifying best sequence/least cost approach; estimating time, parts, tools, and supplies.

· Improving maintenance operations by reviewing production records, analyzing prevention and repair costs and time, identifying problems and trends, recommending new approaches.

· Meeting maintenance budget by entering and tracking materials and labor expenses; identifying problems and trends; recommending new approaches.

· Providing information by summarizing data and trends.

· Will provide direction, guidance, and support to the maintenance technicians and production departments.

· Actively participate in all plant safety initiatives, and also promote safety and housekeeping initiatives.

· Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person. Report any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.

· Communicates Safety, Quality, and Food Safety policies to all employees. Ensures such policies are applied by all employees.

· Implement, support, and maintain quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety, preventative maintenance programs.

· Incorporate and support GMP’s and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.

· Create reports, complete forms, and otherwise communicate in writing anything that may be passed on to an employee, vendor, customer, potential customer or members of management.

· Participate in OPEX initiatives.

· Review submitted Work Orders and work with Maintenance Manager and Leads to assign work.

· Building and maintaining strong working ties with Internal and External Customers.

· Confers with department supervisors to determine progress of assigned work orders and to provide information as necessary.

· Other duties as assigned.

Core Responsibilities
• Set up, manage, and optimize The Trade Desk campaigns
• Own the entire programmatic campaign lifecycle, including advising on RFPs, creative trafficking, pixel creation, campaign setup, optimizing to campaign KPIs, daily campaign management
• Create campaign wrap-up reports, including insights and recommendations for future campaigns
• Maintain even campaign pacing
• Proactively communicate recommendations, needs, and expectations to internal account managers

Qualifications
• Held a similar role at an agency
• 2-5 years experience working on programmatic advertising
• Direct experience with The Trade Desk
• Experience working on lead generation and sales campaigns
• Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
• Self-starter: this is an entirely remote position on a small team, so the perfect candidate will have no issues structuring their own workday and holding themselves accountable
• Team player: this is a collaborative work environment, and we rely on teammates for our success
