As the Production Supervisor, you will ensure all Service Level Agreements with Broadridge Clients are met in the most cost-efficient manner, being accountable for meeting cost per unit targets on production floor. • Sign off on all jobs, including material/media/indicia verification.
• Ensure all Operators have received proper technical training as well as ensuring quality and ISO training has been conducted. Cross-training associates across Production Operations to reduce labor costs and position associates on the proper equipment.
• Responsible for all mail industry production equipment such as Bindery, Insertion and Postal sort and knowing their capabilities, workflow improvements and limitations.
• Delegate and ensure all jobs on the Must-Mail list are prioritized and completed in the accurate order; track all "hot jobs" and ensure deadlines are met.
• Pull jobs from supporting areas (Print Room, Forms, Inkjet, Scheduling) to help meet/exceed SLA's.
• Give the warehouse staff proper lead-time to ensure materials needs are being met and can maintain accurate counts on inventory.
• Work with outside vendors to accommodate sorting needs and forecasting labor needs.
• Ensure all safety standards are met and adhered to.
• Mentor, counsel, empower, develop, support, encourage and instruct production staff, give feedback to all team members. Conduct performance appraisals, training and facilitate career development opportunities.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years related experience in the operation of automated machinery
• Availability for flexible schedule and overtime required (including weekends)
• You have demonstrated interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a diverse group environment with various personality types to get the work done. You relate well and show respect and consideration for others.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure.
• You can operate a PC and be literate in using application software such as Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong oral and written communication with the skill to communicate effectively with staff and management at all levels.
• Thorough attention to details and excellent follow-up skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly Rate: $65,000-7500 depending on experience
• Annual Bonus: Eligible for an annual bonus to be determined based on performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing the physical and/or... administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, part, and supplies. You will identify and troubleshoot problems that occur within the shipping and receiving environment and suggest ways to improve the process. • Perform detailed quality control checks prior to delivering the material and commodities to the machines in order to ensure 100% accuracy.
• We will work together as a team on ensuring appropriate housekeeping, safety and security standards are met.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate a PC and be literate in using application software such as Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask and recognize the importance of deadlines.
• Proven skill working in a dynamic team environment with various personality types to get the work done. Ability to relate well, build consensus and show respect and consideration for others.
• The ability to transport material from one place to another and to carry up to 50 pounds is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours/schedule and maintain a professional appearance adhering to the dress code.

Qualifications

The role also includes, but is not limited to, manning static or roving posts in accordance with the post orders and policies, access control of the facilities and surrounding company area, and the video monitoring of the facilities and its surrounding area as well as executing any directives put forth by the Corporate Security Management Team.
This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
Responsible for:
• The physical security of the site in regards to protection of assets and personnel.
• Monitoring and controlling personnel access into the facility.
• Monitoring and reporting the following: event alarms triggered on the access control system and or closed-circuit television (CCTV) system, ID/access badge issue, physical security of the site, and the historical log book.
• Responding, evaluating and resolving any event alarms received at the console monitoring station.
• Conducting roving patrol inspections of the Broadridge facilities, both external and internal, and notifying the proper Broadridge authority of any issues found to include procedural breaches in security policies.
• Keeping the Security Management Team abreast of all security matters and issues as they pertain to the site and performing additional duties as directed.
• Must be able to work from 7 am to 3 pm Wednesday through Sunday. Shift is subject to change based on coverage and department needs.
• Must have flexibility. Must be able to travel and perform other related duties and functions as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma is required with a minimum of three years of experience in the security field.
• Ability to communicate orally with other Security and Facility personnel and in the written form in a clear and concise manner.
• Must be vigilant, reporting any security issues or incidents. Knowledge of filing and phone courtesy is required.
• Ability to use personal computer, including, but not limited to, a basic level of the following: Typing, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is required.
• CPR qualified preferred.
