• Responsible for all mail industry production equipment such as Bindery, Insertion and Postal sort and knowing their capabilities, workflow improvements and limitations.
• Delegate and ensure all jobs on the Must-Mail list are prioritized and completed in the accurate order; track all "hot jobs" and ensure deadlines are met.
• Pull jobs from supporting areas (Print Room, Forms, Inkjet, Scheduling) to help meet/exceed SLA's.
• Give the warehouse staff proper lead-time to ensure materials needs are being met and can maintain accurate counts on inventory.
• Work with outside vendors to accommodate sorting needs and forecasting labor needs.
• Ensure all safety standards are met and adhered to.
• Mentor, counsel, empower, develop, support, encourage and instruct production staff, give feedback to all team members. Conduct performance appraisals, training and facilitate career development opportunities.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years related experience in the operation of automated machinery
• Availability for flexible schedule and overtime required (including weekends)
• You have demonstrated interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a diverse group environment with various personality types to get the work done. You relate well and show respect and consideration for others.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure.

Responsibilities:
• Experience with object-oriented concepts and exposure to Java programming language.
• Proven knowledge of web-based programming environments and frameworks

• Involved in crafting, coding and unit testing the most complex software components for new or improved IT systems to a high level of quality, producing appropriate documentation.
• Develop, build and improve Java based systems.

• Participate in team-wide design and code reviews.
• In charge of the troubleshooting of issues and performing periodic tasks required for the ongoing functionality of the software applications.
• Have comprehensive understanding of full development lifecycle, be actively involved in all phases, and work directly with business areas to clarify detailed technical requirements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent
• The candidate must have 3-5 years of software development work experience with proficiency in Java, J2EE, React JS and JDBC
• Experience with SQL Script programming.
• Experience with Source Code Management tools like GIT, Perforce
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Knowledge of Angular is a plus
• Experience with Sprint Boot, Groovy for Jenkins is a plus
• Knowledge of AWS Services like RDS , EC2 , S3 is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as a part of a team

• Responding, evaluating and resolving any event alarms received at the console monitoring station.
• Conducting roving patrol inspections of the Broadridge facilities, both external and internal, and notifying the proper Broadridge authority of any issues found to include procedural breaches in security policies.
• Keeping the Security Management Team abreast of all security matters and issues as they pertain to the site and performing additional duties as directed.
• Must be able to work from 7 am to 3 pm Wednesday through Sunday. Shift is subject to change based on coverage and department needs.
• Must have flexibility. Must be able to travel and perform other related duties and functions as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• High School diploma is required with a minimum of three years of experience in the security field.
• Ability to communicate orally with other Security and Facility personnel and in the written form in a clear and concise manner.
• Must be vigilant, reporting any security issues or incidents. Knowledge of filing and phone courtesy is required.
• Ability to use personal computer, including, but not limited to, a basic level of the following: Typing, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is required.
• CPR qualified preferred.

Salary: $17.00 hourly
