The primary objective of the Client Services Service Delivery Leader position is to work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the bswift can meet them. This role will also own a book of business of clients representing approximately $5,000,000 to $8,000,000+ in annualized recurring revenue (ARR). And lead a team of bswifters to support their clients needs and create/keep raving fans of bswift!
Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Own a book of business of clients representing $5,000,000 to $8,000,000+ in annualized recurring revenue (ARR).
- Directly manage client relationship(s); ensure delivery quality and timeliness
- Own project plans, governance & stewardships for our clients
- Organize regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service
- Responsible for contractual compliance and managing financials
- Hire and equip great people that reflect our core values; Higher Standards, Greater Accountability, & More Fun
- Forecast and manage staffing levels and associated expenses
- People management, career development coaching
- Provide day to day guidance to the service delivery team
- Assist in product strategy rollout of new technology and services to our clients
- Drive efficiency through standard operating procedures (creation, refinements, and adherence) and through automation and challenging the status quo
- Coordinate business strategy with bswift's leadership team: call center, COBRA/FSA, billing team, Product Management, additional COE Sharded Operations groups, and IT team as needed.
- Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed
- Consistently reflect our core values of higher standards, greater accountability, and more fun to bswift associates, clients, and partners
Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements:
- 12+ years of client relationship and/or benefit implementation experience
- Significant health & welfare client relationship management experience to help consult clients and work through new benefit strategies
- Detailed knowledge of employee benefits and related technology solutions
- A leadership style that reflects and reinforces bswift core values; Higher Standards, Greater Accountability, More Fun
- Strong people management skills; and ability to interact with all levels of a client's organization
- Strong customer service orientation to maintain high NPS score for book of business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate with all levels of an organization from C suite to benefits manager
- Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems
- Strong organizational skills are required including multi-tasking and working in a changing environment
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%)
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-Year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $120,000-$145,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!

Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements:
8+ Years of direct client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred
4+ years of project management
Solid Technical background
Must be proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Functionality)
Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere

Project management skills; and ability to interact with all levels of a clients organization
Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Procurement Analyst will assist in supporting our organizations procurement needs by researching new suppliers, ensuring all anticipated/planned purchases of products and services meet our standards, and assisting in contract negotiations to achieve cost-effective results in a timely manner. This role additionally supports strategic planning, pricing negotiations, specification determination and supply control by defining a need, identifying the appropriate solution, managing the purchase, and administering procurement contracts.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):

• Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase agreements

• Assist with purchasing requests and preparing purchase orders
• Monitor supplier performance and SLAs
• Analyze industry and demand trends to support leadership with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
• Regularly assess IT assets and supply needs to maintain balanced inventory
• Research potential suppliers with a focus on risk management and cost savings
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis of existing and prospective suppliers
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annual supply cost reports

• Maintain accurate and current documentation of active and preferred suppliers
• Perform ongoing audits of vendor contracts and maintain accurate archive repository
• Assist in developing processes and procedures of growing Procurement Department
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience):
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven work experience in procurement, contracting or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge or background of supplier and third party software.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Procurement Analyst will assist in supporting our organizations procurement needs by researching new suppliers, ensuring all anticipated/planned purchases of products and services meet our standards, and assisting in contract negotiations to achieve cost-effective results in a timely manner. This role additionally supports strategic planning, pricing negotiations, specification determination and supply control by defining a need, identifying the appropriate solution, managing the purchase, and administering procurement contracts.

• Assist with purchasing requests and preparing purchase orders
• Monitor supplier performance and SLAs
• Analyze industry and demand trends to support leadership with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
• Regularly assess IT assets and supply needs to maintain balanced inventory
• Research potential suppliers with a focus on risk management and cost savings
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis of existing and prospective suppliers
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annual supply cost reports
• Track invoices and spend across all departments
• Coordinate vendor management, inquires and communication
• Maintain accurate and current documentation of active and preferred suppliers
• Perform ongoing audits of vendor contracts and maintain accurate archive repository
• Assist in developing processes and procedures of growing Procurement Department

The primary objective of the Client Services Operations Manager position is directly responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class software and services.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Help manage and provide technical guidance through the implementation of new client Web sites
• Continually update sites as requirements change each year or as often as needed (this includes benefit class matrix, requirements document, rates, permissions, field options, site text and any open items on questions log)
• Test client sites for quality assurance; track and monitor the resolution of issues
• Part of a team with other bswift resources (product management, development, call center) to meet client deliverables; including, but not limited to:
o Creating Benefits Class Matrix, Requirements, Rates, Permissions, Field Options, Site Text and Implementation Questions Log with client (including client sign-off)
o Configuring system as needed for annual benefit program changes/acquisitions
o Executing on non-automated service delivery processes to satisfy scope requirements
o Researching and resolving client inquiries regarding system and process issues
oTraining clients on new and existing system features and services (prepare and conduct technical/product presentations and demos as required)
• Testing new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration
• Prepare and conduct technical/product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings (such as an open enrollment demo for new/changing plans, site text, and release functionality changes, etc.)
• Provide resolution of client issues by responding to questions and concerns about the use of bswift products; ability to leverage research to find resolution
• Maintain thorough understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests
• Triage client tickets and/or questions (email and voicemail) within 24 hours; maintaining ownership from initial customer contact to call resolution which includes supporting escalations if appropriate and providing customer updates
• Look for and help drive continuous process improvements/efficiencies by maintaining a thorough understanding of all internal systems
• Develop and implement fulfillment procedures
• Lead and create agendas for client meetings (when necessary)
• Coach and mentor other team members
• Share new ideas and customer needs with bswift teams throughout all phases of product life cycle
• Manage workflow in the setup and maintenance of carrier and payroll feeds
• Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed
• Provide open communication to bswift customers in a pleasant, professional manner with a can-do attitude
• Responsible for special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements:
• 5+ Years of direct client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred
• 2+ years of project management
• Solid Technical background
• Must be proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Functionality)
• Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
• Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere
• Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material
• Strong analytical skill set and ability to effectively use data for strategy
• High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness
• Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality
• Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results through problem solving
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-Year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The primary objective of the Client Services Operations Manager position is directly responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class software and services.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Help manage and provide technical guidance through the implementation of new client Web sites
• Continually update sites as requirements change each year or as often as needed (this includes benefit class matrix, requirements document, rates, permissions, field options, site text and any open items on questions log)
• Test client sites for quality assurance; track and monitor the resolution of issues
• Part of a team with other bswift resources (product management, development, call center) to meet client deliverables; including, but not limited to:
o Creating Benefits Class Matrix, Requirements, Rates, Permissions, Field Options, Site Text and Implementation Questions Log with client (including client sign-off)
o Configuring system as needed for annual benefit program changes/acquisitions
o Executing on non-automated service delivery processes to satisfy scope requirements
o Researching and resolving client inquiries regarding system and process issues
oTraining clients on new and existing system features and services (prepare and conduct technical/product presentations and demos as required)
• Testing new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration
• Prepare and conduct technical/product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings (such as an open enrollment demo for new/changing plans, site text, and release functionality changes, etc.)
• Provide resolution of client issues by responding to questions and concerns about the use of bswift products; ability to leverage research to find resolution
• Maintain thorough understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests
• Triage client tickets and/or questions (email and voicemail) within 24 hours; maintaining ownership from initial customer contact to call resolution which includes supporting escalations if appropriate and providing customer updates
• Look for and help drive continuous process improvements/efficiencies by maintaining a thorough understanding of all internal systems
• Develop and implement fulfillment procedures
• Lead and create agendas for client meetings (when necessary)
• Coach and mentor other team members
• Share new ideas and customer needs with bswift teams throughout all phases of product life cycle
• Manage workflow in the setup and maintenance of carrier and payroll feeds
• Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed
• Provide open communication to bswift customers in a pleasant, professional manner with a can-do attitude
• Responsible for special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements:
• 5+ Years of direct client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred
• 2+ years of project management
• Solid Technical background
• Must be proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Functionality)
• Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
• Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere
• Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material
• Strong analytical skill set and ability to effectively use data for strategy
• High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness
• Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality
• Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results through problem solving
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-Year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $79,000-$110,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 12.5%. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
