This is a multi-faceted role that requires a strategic eye to ensure content supports TEQ's business objectives as well as delivering and managing content that connects with consumers across campaigns and owned channels... This is a permanent full-time position and the annual salary is from $77,971 plus superannuation and leave loading.Key dutiesProject manage the planning, development and execution of content marketing activity, including prioritisation, scheduling, budget management, communication, reporting and analysis.Create and manage content for TEQ-owned channels including but not limited to website, e-newsletter, program and video for both business-as-usual and campaign-related content based on audience needs, TEQ business objectives, usability and SEO.Audit content across traditional and digital channels including websites, social media, email as well as across form factors such as copy, graphics, video and rich media.Interpret and apply consumer trends, research results, website analytics and digital strategies to develop and optimise content.Liaise and work with agencies, media and marketing partners on collaborative content initiatives.Provide a high level of content knowledge and expertise to TEQ internal and external customers in order to assist in the achievement of corporate objectives.For this role, we will consider your:Demonstrated ability to source and produce effective, innovative and relevant content including editorial, images, video and website content.Experience creating content calendars, content audits, strategic content recommendations, content plans and scheduling content.Ability to interpret and apply consumer trends, research results, website analytics, SEO principles and content strategies to develop and optimise content.Experience working with strategic partners to implement large multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong project management skills including the ability to manage project budgets and multiple projects to meet short deadlines.Ability to write and edit copy in brand tone of voice.There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however a degree in business, marketing, tourism or journalism will be highly regarded.To apply please submit your resume and a cover letter (one to two pages) which outlines your skills and experience to the requirements above.
