What you will do:
Working within operations and reporting to the agile coach, the Agile Delivery Lead aims to support Scrum Masters, development teams, Product Ownersand the organization in their journey towards agility and operational efficiency.
Agile team player
• When necessary and when the context requires it, the Agile Delivery Lead takes on the role of Scrum Master or Product Manager within an agile team.
Team coaching
• The Agile Delivery Lead ensures that agility is optimized in teams.
• He attends certain Scrum meetings to share his observations and open discussions with the Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and more sporadically with members of the development team.
• He gathers the problems experienced by the teams and works with the Scrum Masters and governance to find solutions.
• He works actively to promote continuous improvement in the performance and efficiency of the teams he supports, by sharing his techniques, tools and working methods.
Organizational coaching support
• The Agile Delivery Lead contributes to operational discussions with the aim of advancing agile thinking.
• He keeps a critical eye on operational initiatives, and brings an agile perspective to the table.
Individual coaching support
• As required and depending on the context, the Agile Delivery Lead guides the Scrum Masters he coaches in the correct application of agile practices within their team.
• He meets with the Scrum Masters and Product Managers he coaches to discuss their contextualized challenges and help them implement the required action plans.
Training
• Supports Scrum Masters in their integration and mentoring role within their teams.
• He supports the Talent and Culture Department in the career development of certain Scrum Masters.
Community of Practice
• The Agile Delivery Lead is a contributor to the activities organized by the agile communities of practice within Valtech Commerce.
What you should have:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role in an agile context, preferably with the Scrum framework.
• Proven experience in both Scrum Master and Product Owner roles.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
• Relevant academic background
• Exceptional communication skills, in French and English, including the ability to effectively communicate information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences.
• Exceptional facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certifications preferred.
• Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) an asset.
• Ability to adapt to different project environments and challenges.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
