Calendly is looking for a Product Specialist to join our fast-growing team! The Product Specialist is responsible for being on the front lines of customer support issues during EST working hours (see available shifts). You will resolve tickets promptly and effectively by maintaining expert-level product knowledge. Due to the hours of coverage, it is imperative that the person in this role exercise good, professional judgment and be able to thrive in a relatively self-sufficient context. We're looking for self-starters who are curious and intrinsically motivated to make an impact.

Available shifts

In order to best serve our customers globally, and to support multiple time zones, the business hours for this team are 5am-9pm EST, seven days a week.

This role has a consistent 5-day per week work schedule that will include one weekend day: your shift each week will be either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
• 11am - 8pm EST

Calendly is proud to foster a remote-first but not remote-only work environment, meaning our team members work 100% remote but also have access to WeWork and coworking space locations, as well as various in-person team events and semi-annual all-company retreats. In this role, you will be a strategic partner for business leaders to identify talent needs, implement sourcing and scaling solutions, develop creative programs for diversity recruitment and guide the team to accomplish our bold and dynamic hiring plans. What are some of the high impact opportunities you’ll tackle?
• Manage and scale a team of outstanding recruiters with a focus on coaching and development
• Partner closely with leaders across the Customer Experience department to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-visibility and/or leadership roles across the teams you support
• Partnering with recruiting operations, you will build upon hiring dashboards and reporting functionality to increase visibility into all stages of the funnel and identify opportunities for improvement
• Spearhead special projects around diversity and inclusion as well as employer branding
• Guide the team in evolving processes to scale with a growing organization while not compromising in delivering a white glove candidate experience
• Stay abreast of industry and geographic talent trends

This opportunity is for you if you have/are:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years of experience recruiting for customer facing teams
• A career developer; reflecting on the people you’ve managed or informally mentored throughout your career, you have a plethora of people who have glowing things to say about how you helped them achieve their professional development goals and unlock their full potential
• Metrics-driven; you’re comfortable working with dashboards and can manage candidate pipelines as if you were a sales leader

Why join Calendly’s Sales team?

As the Head of Partnerships, you will own the development of a strategic partnerships practice with peer SaaS companies and services that boost productivity for the modern workforce. These partnerships should span individual user products to robust ATS and CRM providers. As the biggest online scheduling platform, we are looking for someone to manage our integration, business and marketing relationships to make Calendly ubiquitous.

Role Responsibilities:
• Build and lead partnership strategy with a specific focus on enabling MM/ENT use cases and direct sales acceleration
• Evaluate and prioritize partner opptys based on strategic alignment and determine KPIs for success
• Own end to end relationships with partners and maintain senior executive-level contacts
• Manage a portfolio of partners focused on upmarket pipeline generation - including partners across technology, strategic channels, & resellers
• Lead the sourcing, negotiating, signing and launching deals
• Secure new departmental use case focused integrations and co-marketing initiatives that drive revenue
• Collaborate with internal teams(Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to drive more partner sourced revenue

This opportunity is for you if you have/are:
• 10+ years in sales and channel management
• Experience building successful channel sales motions within direct sales companies
• Overseen teams responsible for $10M+ in revenue
• Ability to build and deliver on a strategic plan to grow partner revenue
• Experience identifying strategic technology partners within sales, CS, or recruiting use cases
• Experience working with large national resellers (CDW, SHI, etc)
• Experience building go-to-market partnerships with strategic partners
• Experience building and leading teams in both North America and EMEA
