MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1.
High school graduate or GED.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience:
1.
Six months experience with therapeutic diets preferred.

Responsibilities:

Verify diet orders prior to each meal.
2.
Deliver patient trays, set-up tray as necessary, collect trays.
3.
Record I&O's, calorie counts and percent eaten.
4.
Communicates with nursing, co-workers and dietitians as various problems/issues arise.
5.
Assist with menu collection.
6.
Deliver patient nourishments.
7.
Stock assigned floor kitchens.
8.
Provide patient with special requests as diet permits.
9.
Assists with training and orientation of new employees in various areas.
