California University of Pennsylvania is seeking applicants for inclusion in a temporary faculty resume file to be in effect from spring 2015 through fall 2016.

Also, in accordance with the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and APSCUF, the successful applicant will be assigned to provide instruction through distance education.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Currently licensed to practice dietetics-nutrition in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Licensed dietitian-nutritionist (LDN) or eligible to apply for this licensure.
Prior teaching experience is preferred.
In order to be considered in this search, in addition to the aforementioned requirements, the applicant minimally must be fluent in the English language, be able to communicate well, demonstrate outstanding potential for excellence in teaching through a successful interview and/or classroom demonstration and be experienced in the use of innovative curricular approaches that are student-centered, inquiry-based, and hands-on oriented.
Minimum of Education / Training:
A master's degree in a relevant discipline and work experience in nutrition are required.
