We are looking to employ both experienced and non experienced Cannabis Care Consultant (Budtender) to assist patients in selecting suitable medical cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Cannabis Care Consultant include greeting and welcoming patients, severing patients and reporting issues to the manager on duty. You will also be required to assist the patient in selecting cannabis... products for their condition. You should also be able to answer patients' questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption. All candidates must be bilingual and able to speak both Spanish and English fluently. Hourly rate based on work experience
To be successful as a Cannabis Care Consultant you should keep abreast of the latest developments in medicinal cannabis laws and regulations to maintain legal compliance. Ultimately, and outstanding Cannabis Care Consultant should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that patients are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.
Occupational License is required.
Budtender and other leadership experience preferred but not required.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the workspace and tools.
• Help with inventory of products containing cannabis.
• Tracking all the necessary supplies for daily operations through an inventory report.
• Provide patients with a caring and outstanding service and orientation that demonstrates constant professionalism, and being patient and attentive to the patient's needs and questions.
• Reconciling the cash register, if assigned to the checkout station.
• Register first time patients to the BioTrack THC platform with the proper documentation required by the Dpt. of Health.
• Help patients with the process of renewing their license online.
• Bring a collaborative, assertive, and positive attitude to the workplace.
• Enforce the sanitary measures established by the government and Caramor LLC throughout the routine operations and in cases of pandemics and any other extraordinary circumstance.
• Fully comply with the regulations that are set out in "Reglamento 9038" and Law 42 for the medicinal cannabis industry in PR.
• Corroborate that every patient record is complete with their updated documentation in the physical and digital record.
• Help, in any way possible, with the inventory being received.
• Orient patients about the proper use of medicinal cannabis products and tailor the recommendation to their needs.
• Ensure that every product has their corresponding barcode at all times.
• Answer phone calls and take patient orders.
• Update Weedmaps on daily basis.
• Check the online orders, and prepare them before the patient arrives.
