As a Project Manager on the Carbon Clinic Operations team, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Practice Integration and be responsible for planning and tracking detailed project goals and timelines related to physical clinics and EHR Integrations (i.e. DeNovo/new build clinics, acquired clinics, clinic closures and Carbon integration initiatives (EHR licensing integrations), etc..). You will work closely with Implementation team members as well as other important stakeholders to ensure full success of project implementation and launch completed on time.

What You'll Do
• Work closely with key stakeholders (construction, marketing, credentialing, IT, human resources, and local leaders) to ensure project timelines and goals are being met
• Set and enforce project timelines
• Track the progress of launches and communicate timelines and progress to stakeholders
• Utilize project planning platforms such as Smartsheets and google sheets
• Work closely with Implementation Coordinators to ensure the progress of each project, manage scheduling and people support to the projects.
• Recognize potential project blockers and develop plans to troubleshoot
• Manage multiple new service implementation projects

About You
• 3+ years of healthcare experience
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree required, project management certification preferred
• Ability to travel 15-20% of the time
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Google Sheets and Smartsheets
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with meticulous attention to detail

As a Carbon Health Supervising Physician, you will join a growing community of healthcare providers and support a team of Advanced Practice Clinicians in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. You will enjoy flexible scheduling working in-clinic as a per diem physician at minimum 2 shifts per month with the remainder of the time providing supervision remotely.

• * Work in-clinic 2 shifts per month
• Be available for messaging or phone consultations (usually between 8am-8pm) for urgent care or primary care cases from Advanced Practice Clinicians (not patients) within 15 minutes of request. No need to be present in clinic for consultations.
• Conduct monthly or quarterly in-person or virtual visits with Advanced Practice Clinicians as needed per state guidelines to provider individualized feedback and teaching based on consultations and chart reviews
• Review and sign 5% of charts as listed in your task list each day you are on call (signatures are expected within 72 hours of shift)
• Review and sign 100% of charts for which controlled substances were prescribed or administered (signatures are expected within 72 hours of shift)
• Provide chart reviews as mandated by individual state legislation
• Escalate any concerns to the Clinician Manager or Regional Clinical Director

• * BC/BE MD or DO - Family Medicine, IM/Peds, or Emergency Medicine
