Role:
This position provides support to our Front of House operations and plays an important role in the overall daily restaurant services. Working during our peak times, this position will have a variety of responsibilities as dictated by the Restaurant General Manager. The FOH support will pivot between hosting, expediting and on the floor support and will require self-motivation and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently. The sum of these roles will include expediting orders, delivering orders, bussing tables, attending to, and seating customers. All facets of this role will be integral to the customer experience, therefore a focus on hospitality and strong communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
• Expedite food orders as they arrive in the service window in a timely manner.
• Execute final garnish when necessary, according to our presentation specifications and deliver food to the correct tables and customers.
• Assist serving staff in by watering tables and refilling non-alcoholic beverages when applicable.
• Package all to go orders and deliver to the guest, bartender, server, or host.
• Ensure that all items leaving the kitchens meet our plating standards.
• Maintain a clean working environment in both the FOH and in the expo window.
• Clear restaurant tables in a timely manner.
• Return clean glassware to the bar and server stations as needed.
• Ensures an adequate level of plates and flatware are available.
• Monitor restaurant floor and tables to ensure cleanliness to a level that allows for effective game play.
• This position will spend a majority of time standing and will directly interact with customers.
• Handle general customer questions as a representative of our brand, in person or via telephone.
• Greet customers on their terms and determine how to best facilitate their request.
• Monitor our major customer entry points.
• Using and iPad, facilitate our waiting list including customer education on how our system works.
• Seat customers when tables are ready and ensure that servers know a customer has been seated.
• Monitor restaurant floor and inform appropriate staff of tables in need of assistance and help in clearing.
• Follow up with customers as needed if there is a delay in a server attending to them.
• Facilitates a clean working environment
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have valid WA State Food Handlers permit.
• 1 year of previous experience in the food or customer service industry.
• Possess the ability to learn and follow standard procedures.

• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

THE ROLE
The Production Associate is an individual contributor who works with our Magic singles inventory to provide Magic singles to players all over the world. This role is responsible for sorting cards, restocking and maintaining our singles inventory, and the accurate picking of thousands of items each day. Summary
The Community Host is responsible for providing a unique and fun experience by offering in-store demos and hosting interesting and engaging events for our customers. They provide a world class gaming experience that will make them return over and over again. Guided by Store Managers and Shift Leads, the Community Host is responsible for running genre specific events in the store.

•Demonstrates the ability to teach all manner of games to a diverse audience of both small and large groups of varying gaming experience.

Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to join our growing ecommerce company. As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented software engineers and be responsible for the technical direction and delivery of our ecommerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure that our platform is scalable, reliable, and innovative.

• Partner with product managers to help shape “the art of the possible” – translate and steward product vision into technical options, designs, iterative delivery and great user experiences

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to join our growing ecommerce company. As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented software engineers and be responsible for the technical direction and delivery of our ecommerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure that our platform is scalable, reliable, and innovative.

Role:
The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for assisting in managing the operations of the main customer-facing areas in the restaurant in addition to their day-to-day duties as a bartender/server. This individual acts as a leader among the Front of House team to meet and exceed sales and service performance goals set by the Restaurant General Manager. In addition, this role receives direct mentorship from the Restaurant General Manager and provides administrative support. While the position primarily consists of bartending/serving shifts, the Front of House Supervisor may also occasionally be scheduled to act as a Floor Supervisor on peak nights.

Role:
The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for assisting in managing the operations of the main customer-facing areas in the restaurant in addition to their day-to-day duties as a bartender/server. This individual acts as a leader among the Front of House team to meet and exceed sales and service performance goals set by the Restaurant General Manager.
